From the balcony you can walk down to a private fenced courtyard with a gate which will lead you out to the road and you walk straight down to the patrolled beach within a couple of minutes. The apartment comprises of the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with a smart TV, Nespresso pod machine and a well stocked kitchen. There a three bedrooms with a master ensuite and a main bathroom with full laundry facilities as well as a bath.

There is also a small courtyard to the rear of the apartment which can be accessed via 1 of the back bedrooms, or around the side of the wrapped balcony. There is a single car garage as well as a tandum carport space. There is some additional on street parking but it is a first come, first serve basis.
