The Space:

Settle into this bright and stylish studio for an easygoing Playa del Carmen getaway. Designed for up to three guests, it combines modern comforts with a laid-back beach vibe, all in an unbeatable location. You’ll be just steps from Calle Corazón and Quinta Alegría, two popular shopping destinations, with restaurants, cafés, nightlife, and local attractions right around the corner.



The studio is designed to make both short getaways and longer stays feel comfortable. The kitchen is equipped for preparing simple meals, while the two-person dining bar is perfect for enjoying breakfast, sipping coffee, or setting up your laptop for a little work.



After a day in the sun, relax in the cozy sofa area and catch a movie or show on the flat-screen Smart TV. The sofa also converts into a single bed, making the space comfortable for a third guest. When it’s time to call it a night, the plush king-size bed and blackout shades create a peaceful spot to recharge.



The modern full bathroom includes a stand-in shower and convenient drawer storage for your essentials.



Just outside, your private balcony gives you a little space to slow down and enjoy the Playa atmosphere. Grab your morning coffee, get some work done at the table, or simply sit back and people-watch from your own private perch.

A Perfect Place by Menesse features a stunning ocean-view rooftop complete with an infinity pool, sun loungers, covered bar and lounge area, sauna, bathrooms, and outdoor showers. Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the studio apartment and shared access to the building’s amenities.



The Neighborhood:

You’ll be steps from Calle Corazón shops and restaurants, Quinta Alegría 2-story mall, and just a half block from the famous 5th Avenue pedestrian walk street lined with restaurants, bars, cafes, boutique shops, souvenir shops, malls and more! A few steps further (about 1.5 blocks), you’ll be at the beach, and you can walk to many cool beach clubs/restaurants via the sand!



Getting Around:

The condo is located at the A Perfect Place condo complex, about 55 km | 34 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Please be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive, as driving time varies depending on the time of day.



Other Things to Note:

Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.



- The jacuzzi heater is temporarily out of service.

- Playa is growing, and there’s ongoing construction nearby. You’re likely to hear construction noise during working hours, Monday through Saturday, from 8 am to 6 pm.

- There is NO parking at the complex but a nearby lot charges by the day. You can also park on the street. Just remember to pay the parking meter (from 10 am to 10 pm) and display your ticket.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- A daily allowance of 20Kw/Day of electricity is included for short term rentals. Additional consumption will be charged at 6 MXN/Kw. Electricity is not included for bookings of 7 days or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check out for any additional consumption. Help us save energy by using the AC only when needed, avoid leaving it on if you are not in the property and close all windows and doors when you use it.


- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.

- Please note that the multi-purpose machine in the gym is temporarily out of service.

- Remember to bring your bath essentials with you, like soap, toilet paper and any cleaning supplies you may need, like garbage bags or paper towels. We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. These items are not replenished each time you run out. This stay differs from hotel service. Here, these items are the guest's responsibility.



Services such as electricity, water, and internet are provided by external companies. While these services are generally reliable, occasional outages beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your understanding.



Interaction with Guests:

It’s self-check-in using a code to access the complex and a code for the lockbox to get the keys. All the access codes will be provided to you before your arrival.
