This beautifully presented, brand new house offers an ideal spot to unwind in air-conditioned comfort, or pop out for local cafes, shops, and wineries! Located in Pinot Grove you will have use of the communal swimming pool (open from Labour Weekend until Easter) and a communal tennis court and trampoline for the kids. Arthur’s Vineyard was devised with large groups or multi-family stays in mind.
The space
Designed for large open plan living you’ll find a kitchen, dining and lounge equipped with modern furniture, a large smart TV; and home office set up with desk, large 27” monitor, keyboard and mouse if you need to “work from home”. Take advantage of the free WiFi or take a break from screen time with the plentiful books and board-games – enjoy your holiday your way.

We’ve thought about the little things that will make your stay more comfortable. The house has quiet, ducted air conditioning so you’ll stay cool in summer and cosy warm in winter. All bedrooms have blackout curtains and families with little ones will appreciate the travel cot and easy-wipe high chair. This property also offers an electric car charger please contact us if you would like to use this while you stay with us.

The four bedrooms are located in two separate wings of the house, each with their own bathroom, meaning this house is perfect for several families or large groups of friends. The North Wing has a bedroom with a King sized bed and wall mounted smart TV; bedroom two with two king single bunk beds; and a bathroom with vanity, shower and toilet. The South Wing at the other end of the house comprises bedroom three with a King sized bed and wall mounted smart TV; bedroom four has two King Single beds; and the second bathroom mirrors the other with a vanity, toilet and shower.

The huge outdoor patio is stunning, it captures incredible sun, with a BBQ, outdoor table and chairs.

Martinborough shops, boutique movie theatre, and cafes are a short 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive away. Hire a bike, or visit one of the 10+ wineries within 5 minutes drive. Or travel a little further to enjoy some of the highlights of the Wairarapa, like Stonehenge Aotearoa (15 min); Greytown (20 minutes); The Pinnacles (40 min), and Cape Palliser Lighthouse (1 hour).
