Wonderful property, very clean, well maintained and located in a lovely new complex. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and straightforward. Perfect for a family holiday - we had a fantastic time and would happily stay again!

The property itself was fine. Although it was missing simple things like tea towels, chopping knives, a working TV remote, more than 2 wine glasses, BBQ tools, something to light the BBQ with, and something to clean the BBQ with.My biggest challenge is the hosting company "Made comfy". For 2 weeks leading up to the stay I requested an additional day added to our stay, only to be met with an offshore call centre that responded with "leave it with us" followed by nothing for 2 days. Then I would contact them again and would get the same reply. I have no less than 7 attempts to add an extra night's stay and eventually ran out of time and had to stay elsewhere. If I was the owner of the property, I'd be having words to Made Comfy. Additionally we requested a 1 hour earlier check in as we had a funeral to go to, made comfy said they would only do it if we paid extra.If I had a holiday rental, I would be certain not to use made comfy as the managing agency, no matter how cheap they are. They are costing you business.
