Bienvenue Ă  ‘Oceans’, cette maison pittoresque de 1200 pieds carrĂ©s comprend 2 chambres Ă  coucher climatisĂ©es et 3 salles de bain et est l’escapade idĂ©ale pour les couples ou les familles avec des enfants plus ĂągĂ©s qui souhaitent avoir leur propre Ă©tage.
Profitez d'une vue imprenable sur les eaux turquoises claires lorsque vous franchissez la porte d'entrĂ©e et faites de la plongĂ©e avec tuba sur un rĂ©cif exquis juste en face de la maison, oĂč les tortues peuvent ĂȘtre repĂ©rĂ©es quotidiennement.

L'hébergement est sur 3 étages.
Le MOYEN ÉTAGE est le salon principal et se compose d'un salon, d'une cuisine, d'une salle de bain complĂšte et d'un patio couvert pour manger / se dĂ©tendre
oĂč vous pourrez vous dĂ©tendre et regarder les couchers de soleil spectaculaires.
Les étages supérieurs et inférieurs se composent des chambres chacune sur son propre étage privé.
Le PLANCHER INFÉRIEUR offre une chambre spacieuse, un coin salon, une salle de bains et une buanderie et
le TOP FLOOR est une chambre de style loft avec son propre balcon privé et sa salle de bain.

Cette maison décontractée et balnéaire est entiÚrement meublée et à l'épreuve des cambrioleurs avec un accÚs par des portes automatiques et un parking privé.
Un paquet de cĂąble de base et Internet sans fil haute vitesse sont inclus.

EMPLACEMENT: La propriĂ©tĂ© dispose d'un accĂšs Ă  la plage privĂ©e aux plages de la Barbade de la cĂŽte ouest trĂšs recherchĂ©es. C'est Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied de Fitts Village, un joli village de pĂȘcheurs oĂč vous trouverez un supermarchĂ© et des magasins locaux. Pour ceux d'entre vous qui n'auront pas votre propre moyen de transport, nous sommes situĂ©s sur la ligne de bus principale vers Bridgetown, Speightstown et Holetown. Pour les amateurs de golf, le golf est disponible dans les clubs The Sandy Lane et Westmoreland qui se trouve Ă  10 minutes en voiture. À proximitĂ© de Holetown, offre une belle sĂ©lection de restaurants en bord de mer et des boutiques haut de gamme et locales. Les cĂ©lĂšbres restaurants Cliff et CinCin sont accessibles Ă  pied.

Beautiful location the house has everything you need patio. Amazing. Just sit and watch the sea comfortable furnishings easy access to supermarket. Five minute walk you get a special seawall location with loungers. The host were amazing. Will be back.

Oceans was a very comfortable place to stay in Fitts village! The beds and lounge seating areas both inside and out were all fantastic!The kitchen was very well equipped and Debbie’s welcome pack very much appreciated when arriving late in the day!The private beach access and sun beds on sea wall fantastic and so peaceful!The other bonus was the provision of beach chairs, umbrellas, and picnic cool box which made our trips out extremely comfortable too!We would definitely like to return to this wonderful place!Thanks very much Debbie and Brian

If you are looking for a place to relax, this is it. Beach and reef are amazing, quiet and not crowded. Close to restaurants to fit every budget and supermarket for the home cooks.

A great place to stay

This was a fabulous base to explore Barbados. The house was exactly what we needed, was very well equipped and was in the perfect location. The hosts were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. We can't wait to return and would definitely stay there again.

Paradise

This is such a great place to stay. Debbie the host is there to greet you and is there throughout the week if you need anything. I cant say enough about the views, surrounded by beatiful tropical flowers and then the sea. We will definitely be returning to this amazing island and this property.

Incredible Cottage!

We had the best time at Oceans! Debbie was such a warm host, providing a care package for us upon arrival and sourcing some much needed baby items (such as a playpen) for our stay. The beach right outside the cottage is a bit rocky from the coral, but if you walk 1 minute, there's a gorgeous white sand beach for swimming and snorkelling. We couldn't ask for better hosts and absolutely loved our stay here.

Relaxing

We absolutely loved it here, clean, tidy & everything you needed for a relaxing holiday. Host Debbie is a lovely lady & nothing is ever to much trouble. Location was fab, there were a few local bars a few minutes walk away so got to try local food & hangout with the locals which we loved. There are also a couple of newer restaurants/ bars close by which were very nice too. Thank you Debbie, I’m sure will return one day soon x

Lovely experience

Really lovely experience host Debbie and husband were very welcoming excellent communication always on hand if we needed anything fantastic location with the sea and beach a few yards away able to watch sunset from balcony and veranda good for access to amenities restaurants city centre we hired a car but bus stop right outside property situated on main road so be prepared for occasional noise of traffic but that did not bother us Thanks Debbie

Great beach cottage

Close to local stores , restaurants and beaches. Bus stops right outside. There is some road noise but that is to be expected living right in town. The host/ owners were always available if needed. The patio was where we basically lived the whole time when we were not out and about. A very relaxing area for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Would definitely recommend if you enjoy renting anywhere locally and exploring on your own.

Fabulous Caribbean style house

We had a wonderful stay at Oceans, Debbie was lovely and gave us a great welcome pack and fabulous rum punch which was very much appreciated and made a great start to the holiday. There was everything you needed in the property plus more. We spent most of our time on the veranda which was a great place to relax out of the sun. We hired a car but it was close to super market and bus stop was right outside. We had a lovely relaxing holiday and would definitely go back again. And a great thank you to Debbie who was a great host.

Excellent exactly as advertised

Lovely spacious clean and very well appointed property. My adult son and I stayed for 5 days and really enjoyed the house. All details were accounted for by our hosts Debbie and Brian. We were greeted on arrival by Debbie who had already prepared a welcome basket of goodies and items in the fridge for a light meal. Very thoughtful, especially the outstanding rum punch. There were at least 3 restaurants within a 5 minute walk and were excellent. The grocery store is a 7 minute walk and has every possible food item you could want. Very nice neighbourhood overall.I know I like a place when I FEEL like it's my home after 24 hours. Lovely beach to enjoy the sunsets and every detail considered by the hosts. Loved our stay and will be back.

Sweet beach cottage

We had a wonderful stay at Oceans. Perfect location. Walking distance to grocery store and many places to eat. About 1/2 hr drive to many attractions in the area. For us the most important factor for this trip was to be on the water and Oceans did not disappoint. As stated in the listing this house is on a busy road so there is traffic noise. It did not bother us. Thanks again for opening up your home.

Nice place to stay on the west coast.

Had a great stay at oceans. Brian and Deb were really great. Every thing was great. The only thing I didn't care for was the road noise in front of the house but we live in the country so we're not accustom to much traffic. But probably not an issue for a person who lives in the city. Besides that it was all good. Enjoy your trip.

Lovely beach house

Oceans is a beautiful house just steps from a west coast beach. The house has everything necessary for a great stay--well-equipped kitchen, toiletries, lots of towels, snorkeling and swimming equipment. All you need to bring is your swimsuit and sunscreen! Jordans grocery store can be reached by a 5 minute walk on the beach or road and Holetown with lots of restaurants and another grocery store is just a short bus ride away. There was great snorkeling right off the beach. Debbie was an amazing host who went above and beyond to help us with details of our stay--car rental, boat tour reservation, etc. Her kindness and assistance made our stay especially pleasant.

Beautiful house, amazing hosts

We stayed at Oceans for a week and it could not have been a better experience. Debbie was such a gracious host and not only had the house generously stocked with food and essentials upon our arrival, she also made sure we were comfortable and was available for any questions or recommendations throughout our stay. The house is better than described and the photos can't do justice to how great it really is. Just steps to the beach, we were back and forth from the beautiful veranda and the beach all week. The house is also located in a great spot close to restaurants and a grocery store. We barely left and would definitely love to return again. Highly recommended

Wonderful Barbados Beach Cottage

Our stay in the Fitts Village Beach Cottage was wonderful. The beach and snorkling access is outstanding, and the area has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Our hosts were gracious, helpful and informative, and gave us great tips for attractions to not miss (Hunte's Gardens, Harrison's Cave, St Nicholas Abbey) and rum punch recipies. The accomodation are exactly as advertised with a great porch and roomy bedrooms with AC. There is some road / traffic noise, but we focused on the waves crashing on the beach a stones throw from the porch. Everyone in our group agreed that our stay here was too short, and would be comfortable returning for an extended vacation. We rented a car, and there is no place on the island that was too difficult to drive to. (Beware of some roads, and be ready to make quick decisions behind the wheel).

Fabulous property

Really enjoyed the three week holiday. Wonderful location right by the beach with plenty of places to visit nearby...Paynes Bay, Holetown, Speightstown, Bridgetown...all within a relatively short bus ride. The beaches and weather were just about perfect...a great escape from the misery of Britain in December! The house itself had everything we could possibly need including a VERY welcome pack which meant we didn't need to go shopping on the first day. Debbie was the perfect host, extremely helpful and even took us on a drive round the island! The only (small) downside was the traffic noise from the road outside...but this is a problem all along the west coast and not the fault of the property. Would wholeheartedly recommend!

Above and Beyond!!

Yes we could talk about cleanliness, attentiveness, even rum punch but what really stands out is the care and dedication Deb and Brian exude. Excellent location - excellent accomodations - Deb thinks of EVERYTHING anyone could need and has it provided. Truly felt like a home for our two week stay. Do follow the advice of other reviewers, they are spot on. If a little bird is patiently waiting while you eat breakfast, that is Jake. He will clean up your crumbs from the porch while you are at the beach! We even saw 7 Green Monkeys right in the yard, up to antics only monkeys can exhibit. Cheryl and Alan

Beautiful home on the stunning west coast

We had a wonderful stay at Oceans. The house was immaculate and beautifully tastefully decorated. The beach was easily accessed down a short path and there were lovely lounges on the sea wall. Great snorkelling on the reef infront of the house. The house was extremely well equipped and had everything you could think of. Debbie was an amazing host and so welcoming and helpful. There was some road noise in the house , as there is in much of Barbados, but the downstairs bedroom was the quieter. We used the local buses to get about which were easy. There is a bus stop outside. Lots of great places within easy reach. Happy hour cocktails in "Daphnes" to watch the sunset and fresh fish from the market at Paynes Bay great. I would definitely recommend this property.

A Sparkling Gem that Welcomes You to Barbados

Debbie,Brian and Rosie are outstanding hosts. From the time that you arrive to the time that you leave you feel like you are “Home away from Home” in an idyllic location. The cottage has everything that you need and more. We loved sitting on the verandah while looking and listening to the sounds of the ocean. As well, we enjoyed the sea breeze and picture perfect view on the sea wall. Very easy access to the beautiful sand beach, swimming and snorkelling. The busses were also easily accessible and easy to get around the island. The people of the island are also very friendly and helpful. Thank you Debbie and family for sharing your piece of paradise with us and your outstanding hospitality and goodies. Brian & I are both Barbadians going back a few generations and have been married for 27 years.We operated a dairy farm on the island at our Plantation in St. John but have now retired. We both were educated in Barbados and then furthered our education in the UK and Canada. We have 3 Children, a boy and 2 girls who are avid surfers.

This property is an ideal location at a great price. The house itself has a lot of character and is the typical Caribbean style with a bit more flair. Our aim is to offer simple, clean, affordable accommodation with all the amenties to make your holiday great.

Many moons ago the area use to be a small family farm and has been in the family for generations. The basic structure was brought from Guyana and was originally only one level, which was on stilts. We renovated the property adding on the top level and filling in the bottom level to increase its size.
