Maison de ville sur l'avenue Teocalli

Downtown Crested Butte, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain plus un loft, 1000 pieds carrés, maison de ville. Dans une distance de marche de 3 pâtés de maisons du centre-ville Elk Avenue chargé de restaurants et de boutiques. À un demi pâté de maisons de la navette gratuite de la ville avec accès à la montagne et à l'avenue Elk. Deux pâtés de maisons du chemin de loisirs pour la randonnée et le vélo. Une place de stationnement réservée hors rue.

Nous venons de terminer d'ajouter de la chaleur rayonnante au plancher et des planchers de bois franc au salon / salle à manger, à la cuisine et à la salle de bain en bas.

Chaque chambre a un lit queen, un matelas en mousse à mémoire avec des couettes en duvet, ainsi que son propre thermostat pour le chauffage. Pas de climatisation disponible.

Draps et serviettes fournis avec accès à la laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité.

Également inclus, Internet, système stéréo sans fil, poubelle / recyclage (ramassage Thur).

Comfortable home that is close to biking/hiking/running trails. Also, it was easy to walk to restaurants and yoga studio nearby.

Great Home Base in CB

We had a great stay here in CB! Very convenient location to the town restaurants and shopping, and even better access to the bus to and from the mountain base. Plenty of room for our family, especially the 2 bathrooms! Comfortable beds, nice linens, and everything you might need from dishes to coffee maker to full size fridge, stove, oven, and microwave. Will definitely consider again for our next trip!

felt right at home here

came to Crested Butte for my husband to play in a soccer tournament + stayed here with our small son. we actually brought our espresso maker from home + were pleasantly surprised to see there was an espresso maker already on the counter.. and pretty much every other method of coffee making that you might want. location was perfect- very walkable. beds were decently comfy. fireplace was lovely for the chilly weather we had.. and disney+ was already set up, so we were able to have a movie night as a family when we got hit with some unexpected rain (and june snow) brr.. decently stocked kitchen. owners also seemed super nice. would likely stay here again :)

Cleanliness was Missing

We appreciated the early checkin and communication. Also, the beds were cozy. Unfortunately, our entire experience was overridden by the lack of cleanliness. When we opened the windows for air, we had to clean so many cobwebs on the inside; the kitchen pans and utensils were dirty, and there was an odor in one of the bedrooms - not sure if it was the carpet. Updated countertops were very nice. Cleanliness is number one - if this is solved - it’s a nice place to stay.

great location

The beds were smaller than we had hoped and my husband and I had to sleep in two separate rooms; not ideal. The listing was hard to find once we arrived because the host did not communicate which unit to go to. We figured it out after knocking on doors and talking to neighbors since the host was unreachable at the time. The location is great, and the space is cute. The exterior looks pretty run down, but inside was quite spacious. The couch is pretty hard; not ideal for cuddling or curling up for a nap. The host let us know of a number of fun hikes and places to eat; seemed very kind.

Crested Butte home

This condo is in an excellent location, close to everything in town. My friend and I have both been to CB several times, and it is always a lovely time. The condo itself is a bit dated, and the pictures don't completely reflect the condition. it was not as clean as other places I have stayed, and the condition of the furniture is not accurately reflected in the pictures. The couch and chairs defintiely could use a thorough clieaning, as well as the carpets and drapes. I don't think the shower I used had been cleaned since the last time someone stayed there. The body wash and shampoo bottles were emply and the shower caddy was gross. The blinds are in need of repair. Overall, the condo is fine, but definitley not worth the price we paid. I will most definitely visit CB again but will choose different accommodations. I do like the cool wedding pics on the wall!

Hello Kimberly, I'm sorry your stay wasn't a 5 star experience, especially as we were coming off high season. We take this kind of feedback very seriously. Since your review was received, we have gone in and spruced up. As of 8/26/24, the following has been completed: all bed linens have been replaced, all kitchen linens have been replaced, the couch and carpet have been professionally cleaned, curtains have been washed, photos have been updated to reflect the improvements we have made over the years, 1/2 empty shampoo and body wash bottle have been discarded and replaced. Unfortunately, the blinds had been broken and not reported to us. We have ordered new blinds and will install the fall of 2024.

Wonderful location, cozy condo!

We had a wonderful stay at Lolly's condo. It was clean, well stocked and had a very comfortable feel. The location was great - a few blocks from the shuttle, close proximity to Rainbow Park, which my kids loved, and a nice walk into town. We would stay here again for sure!

Loved the proximity to town and the bus stops. Finishes need a little work and yes the pillows are meh, but completely worth these small 'issues' and my family had an amazing stay here. Would do it again and definitely recommend.

Perfect place for a family of 4!!!

We booked online for week long summer vacation and loved it. Located on Teocalli just a few blocks away from Elk Ave was perfect. And 1 right turn onto Gothic to head to Mt Crested Butte. I would highly recommend it.

Nice and clean, close to town

Very nice property. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms were great. Loved the patio! We couldn’t find any tissues and the pillows on the beds were pretty flat. Overall a good visit.

Unit clean and tidy

Good walking distance to Elk ave. The exterior of this condo complex is in terrible shape and there is junk outside everybody’s unit- next door kids were shooting off fireworks at 10pm. The sellers unit had everything we needed- if you like extra firm beds this is your place- it’s a cute little place and the cribbage board got used immensely. Thank you

Great Stay!

Great accommodations and exactly what we wished for while visiting CB. We walked and biked everywhere from your place, cooked some fabulous meals, and the weather was perfect :) Neighbors were noisy a couple times in the wee hours of the morning, but overall everything was great.

We loved staying at Lolly’s house in CB! We adore the town and it was such an easy walk to Elk Ave and a convenient, quick, drive to get to the mountain. Excellent Location to Access Skiing and Downtown

All descriptions matched reality. Excellent access to the shuttle stop to get to Mt. Crested Butte; easy access to walk downtown. Comfortable unit for two couples to enjoy a getaway and enjoy what Crested Butte has to offer.

Great CB weekend!

We had an incredible weekend! Great location and plenty of space. We would definitely recommend this property to friends. (One comment would be to note the unit number in the check in information because we had to look around and guess which unit it was when we arrived.)
