The apartment had everything we needed. The little touches of spare towels and new batteries were greatly appreciated. The recliners were so comfortable we were very spoilt. Location was amazing close to the beach, park and restaurants.

Great little getaway.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days in Phillip Island. Great location. Walk to the beach, playground, main street shops. Will be back.

Enjoyable stay

Had a very enjoyable stay in Phillip Island. Really enjoyed the apartment especially the couches. The Apartment Block was central to Cowes and within easy walking distance of shops.

The only thing that may be seen as negative ( which is not) approximately three of the floor boards in the hallway and kitchen slide back and forth This put me off balance several times.They need to be secured with some glue Just reporting not criticising Thanks

Relaxing Christmas Break

I had a great time at this apartment over Christmas! It was easy to find, had on-site parking and the apartment had all of the amenities to feel like you were right at home. The view is stunning and the apartment block is quiet, safe and conveniently located walking distance to the main strip of shops, supermarkets and the beach. I look forward to visiting again

Fantastic property

We loved our stay at this property. While the decor is not modern, everything is immaculately clean. The beds are comfortable, the facilities are great and the location is amazing. We travelled down for the Motogp and I the location was really fantastic. Super close to restaurants and bars but still very quiet and peaceful. My uncle has mobility issues and was very comfortable in the apartment. The second bathroom had a full size shower and the lift to the top floor of the building worked really well. I would definitely consider staying at this property again. The communication with the owner was great, the parking was really easy and the access information was very clear. We loved our stay

Easy booking process, Brian responded to my initial query promptly. Apartment was clean, well located on waterfront. Kitchen set up well, so easy to stay in for meals as required. Beds comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyable getaway

Nice size apartment and bedrooms. Apartment far from lift and presented diffulties when carrying heavy items ie luggage to accomodation. Accommodation may have main street address but view and location is on the side street.

Comfortable accommodation for a relaxing break

This second floor apartment (not what I'd call a penthouse) was very comfortable and clean, with all the appliances you'd need for a week away. Nice view from the living room and great to have onsite parking. Electric blanket on one bed only, but the beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra blankets if needed. Courteous and helpful host called before our stay to advise us of an issue he felt we should know about. Close to shops and cafe's, we could have spent much longer there.

A great place to stay

AlohaThe Waves was a really comfortable apartment - everything we needed was there and the apartment had a homely atmosphere, with sea views from the balcony, and within easy walk to hotels, shops and cafes plus the foreshore and pier just across the road. The beds were really comfortable too!

Great place to stay

Excellent location in Cowes, near enough to walk to Main Street for shops and restaurants, but far enough away to be quiet. Also only a 10 minute drive/ride to the Circuit, so excellent option for bike/car racing fans. Spacious, well appointed apartment and overall a great value for money place to base yourself for a Phillip Island getaway.
