What a beautiful place to stay! We had a group of ten, including five kids. There was plenty of room for all of us. The living room and dining room were bigger than what we expected. The views of the beach and the pool were stunning. This condo is on the first floor, so access to the pool and the beach were close by. It's also only a ten minute walk to the pier and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Overall very nice and a great location. The unit was overall very clean and comfortable, it could use some updated cooking appliances and the balcony furniture is not very comfortable. The fact that the middle bedroom closet was locked and inaccessible was inconvenient with the number of guests we had.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great condo in a wonderful location for families. My only negative feedback was we really struggled to be inside the condo at any point with the dryer running. There was a constant loud squeaking sound that took many cycles to dry a load. As a family who traveled in with 4 toddlers laundry was necessary. Owners did acknowledge they were aware and awaiting parts to fix.

The ocean view was spectacular as was the pool.Loved location . The host very responsive. As far as cleanliness I would say the people she hires does a terrible job . Towels are rough and smelly in all bathrooms. New towels need to be put in . The washing machine had mold in it and unusable. We washed a load of towels twice and still had odor from washer . Dryer ok . Washer does not fit under counter . No closet in one bedroom. Ice machine in main kitchen not working . Holes in walls on some outlets . One sink plugged up and not draining . Other appliances worked well . Decor and couch need updating. . Not sure if owner had not been there in a while and unaware .Had to call for tvs to work and one outlet blinking .. they were very prompt and professional with service . Like I said we would definitely stay at this location again but not this unit. The beach and the location are great though. I’ve never left a review like this before but I feel other travelers should be aware. Also I think owner should know the concerns also.

Perfect

We had a wonderful time at the beach and the weather was perfect. The condo was in a perfect location and was very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were very out of date but useable. Overall it was very spacious for our family of six and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was roomy and comfortable for our family. We enjoyed having a second refrigerator and they both worked well. The oven definitely would benefit from an updrade. Great location

We had a wonderful time with family! The accommodations and space were perfect! It was right in the beach and close to so much! My only wishes would be that the owners have the plumbing system checked out. The water pressure is so weak and doesn’t come out hot in all bathrooms. If you flush a toilet, this significantly impacts pressure. When you are at the beach full of sand, water pressure is critical! Otherwise place is great!

Great stay - would recommend

We had 5 adults and 3 children and everyone fit comfortably and we had plenty of room. The view was beautiful. There is a walkway to the beach right off the pool area and the room is stocked with beach towels and beach chairs. The pool is just below the room but there was no noise we could hear from the room. The pool is 4 1/2 feet at its deepest. The only downfalls were that the king bed is very, very firm and the water pressure in that shower is very poor. The other bathrooms and beds were fine. Be sure to eat at Emerald Waterfront in Navarre and Crabs in Pensacola. Both had great food and service.

Great condo, quieter beach, family friendly

Property is clean. Nice layout. Large rooms. Plenty of seating in kitchen and living room. Great views from balcony and large windows throughout condo. Easy access to beach...white sand and clean. Limited businesses on this strip of land is a plus if you are looking for a quieter beach. Near the pier. Near sand volleyball courts. Grocery store, fast foods, etc., are under 2 miles away across the bridge. You can see sunrises over the Gulf and sunsets over the backwater. Pool area with 2 hot tubs is clean and a nice bonus. Vacationed in Mid-March with 5 of my kids ranging in age from 15-23. I would stay here again.

Love Navarre and the Caribbean Resort but the Sunshine Daydream condo needs some serious kitchen and air renovations in the middle bedroom (room was like a sauna). The cabinets in the kitchen didn't all close and the knobs would fall off every time you tried to open them, refrigerator did not have any shelves in the door, they were just gone. I know they will say that there is another fridge in the lockout room but who wants to walk in and out of someone's room. Washer was full of mold and the dryer made a loud noise the whole time it was on. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes either. I know all of this sounds petty but it was all very disappointing. We have stayed at the Caribbean Resort probably 6-7 times and the other units were always above par. The repair people did come 3 different times to look at our concerns and were very nice but there was nothing they could do except change a shower head for the master bedroom. We will not be staying at Sunshine Daydream again.

Best Location!!

Our stay at Sunshine Daydream was very nice. If you are only concerned about location and cleanliness read no further, this is the place to stay! I am going to say a few things about the property but they are only my opinion and preference so please keep this in mind. We had to contact the owner of the condo a few times and his response time was spot on and he was very helpful with very thing. The bed in the "master suit" is extremely firm so firm that I could not get comfortable so I spent a night on the couch and 2 nights in another room before our friends arrived. The 2 queen/dbl beds in the 2nd bedroom are extremely soft and the room with the queen bed (very soft) and bunks (very firm). So I felt a little like Goldie Locks going from one bed to the next.... The shower in the master bath was great the tub is huge and although it had jets/whirlpool I did not take advantage of them so I can't speak on them. The shower attached to the room with 2 queen beds was not so good the pressure was terrible and the temp was barely warm. The shower attached to the room with bunks worked great and temp was consistent. The fridge in the main kitchen has had some wear and tear but served it's purposes. We were very glad to have another fridge in the other room for ice and extra space. So over all this is a great place to stay and that is why I gave it such a high rating. I think the "issues" we had were minor and the owner responded so quickly he made it a great stay!!

What a wonderful family vacation!! The condo is very spacious with a floor plan that accommodates a large family, yet allows for individual room privacy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to prepare family meals, & the host has graciously stocked the hall closet with many beach toys, beach towels, & chairs. The condo location & beach side balcony allow for close parental supervision of (older) kids in the pool without sitting poolside, allowing them some freedom as well. The beach is well maintained & always gorgeous. The pier is just the right distance making for an ideal sunset family walk &/or crab catching at night. There are several restaurants within walking distance & Walmart/Aldi/CVS are within a couple miles. Pensacola Beach & Destin are within a 40 min drive to be able to experience the area while being able to go back to the less busy/touristy Navarre beach condo.We have stayed at several condos on Navarre Beach over the years & this one has been a family favorite! Family of 7…The hosts are quite accommodating & kind. They go above & beyond to ensure your family has an amazing time making life long memories with your loved ones. They also took the time to mail my beloved pillow home to me!Ps- First floor is where it’s at for us! No waiting on elevators, & again, close supervision of kids while still allowing some freedom. Take your binoculars because there are MANY dolphins, turtles, manta rays, & sharks to watch from the balcony. ENJOY!!
