The highlight of this condo is the dual master bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for a luxurious retreat. While one master bedroom boasts a private balcony where you can savor the ocean breeze and panoramic views, the other master bedroom provides an equally indulgent experience. Both suites feature spacious layouts, lavish furnishings, and ensuite bathrooms adorned with premium fixtures.
Step outside onto the balcony, where you can unwind with a morning coffee or enjoy spectacular sunsets over the water. The sounds of the waves and the refreshing sea air create a tranquil ambiance, making this outdoor space a private sanctuary. Seascape has just completed an extensive two year restoration project of the exterior of the complex. This design included a metal roofing system, gorgeous new stucco work, improved elevators, beautiful landscaping and walkways, and more.

**Note:** Due to the ongoing beach renourishment, the Seascape beach access is currently closed for guest safety. There is an access path at Summer Dunes Lane—turn left from the Seascape entrance onto Palmetto Drive and Summer Dunes Lane is .1 miles down on the left. We are eagerly awaiting an update on when the beach access will reopen. Please give our local office a call if you have any questions!
*Home Truths:* - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. - Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - The Seascape pool is open seasonally between May - Sept and is not heated. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the Seascape pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
*Parking Details:* - There are two parking spots available. - To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff.
We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

Long Winters Rest
We were overly impressed by lavish furnishings and decor. We had everything we needed. We were able to get some much needed rest and relaxation. It was very cold out but the condo was warm and cozy. It actually snowed at the beach!

Golden Anniversary Trip
The property itself is beautiful, right on the beach. Enjoyed sitting on deck watching surf. Unfortunately due to inadequate service instructions in condo I injured my knee getting into tub which had no non slip mat. Spent day at urgent care and rest of trip sitting with ice pack.

We also want to thank you for sharing such thoughtful and detailed feedback. We truly appreciate it and are taking your comments seriously:
• Guest Information & Contacts: While we currently provide a digital guest guide before check-in—including emergency contacts and important information—we recognize how valuable it can be to have a physical binder on hand. We’re actively reviewing the idea of adding printed materials to complement our digital resources.
• Bathroom Setup: The listing does show the current bathroom configurations and includes photos, but we understand that accessibility needs can vary. Based on your input, we’re working on placing a non-slip mat in the bathroom so guests can use it if needed. We’re also inspecting the Jacuzzi to make sure it’s in safe and stable condition for future use.
• Safety Enhancements: While our homes aren’t formally ADA-compliant, we strive to make them as safe and comfortable as possible. Your suggestion of a grab bar is being taken into consideration as we look at improvements to the space.
We’re deeply sorry this situation impacted both your celebration and your trip. While we can’t undo what happened, we’d really appreciate the opportunity how we might make this right or offer something toward a future stay, under better circumstances.
