This was a great place! Very roomy, loved having two bathrooms, big common area, clean, good location. The management staff was super quick to reply whenever I had questions. We loved it! Definitely will be back!

Wonderful stay

The condo was clean and quiet with a great view. The kitchen was well equipped and we used the grill every night to cook dinner. The condo is within walking distance of the grocery store, the downtown and the river walk. Check-in was seamless.

Perfect Homebase

This was the perfect spot to call home for our trip to Red River. The location is unmatched with easy accessibility to the mountain, rentals, and restaurants. The apartment is spacious and well-appointed and our kids loved the Kids Zone space just a few doors down. We would absolutely visit again.

Host was great . Counter tops were rusted and dirty looking . View was great . Outside fire pit was nice but needs more gas flow , flame not near big enough. All and all nice place .

This was a great place to stay. Very clean!!! The beds were comfortable with crisp clean sheets. They even smelt so clean. We were able to walk to all the things in town- hardly ever took our car anywhere. I would definitely stay here again.

Very pleased with our stay. 10th year visiting Red River and first time staying at this condo. Walking distance to everything, clean, spacious enough for our family of 5. Nita was so quick to respond to my questions, even though it was on a holiday. Will definitely be booking again.

We were very comfortable and the location was perfect. The unit was very clean. The Internet wasn't the strongest we've had and getting the TV to work wasn't easy. Thank You for letting us stay. Best view

It’s was perfect and will definitely stay again. Clean and communication was wonderful. It had everything we needed. Coffee filters, basic seasoning. And a plus a whole bag of ice. The view of the slops were awesome. We got snow all weekend and it was awesome! I know rare on spring break. But it was perfect. Skiing was also wonderful.

It was great. This is our fourth time staying at this condos second time in number five. But first time with Evolve. They had hand soap at every sink and plenty of wash clothes and towels. The housekeeper texted us her name and phone number in case we needed anything. We met her when we arrived and she was very nice. We didn't need to call her because we had everything we needed. It was very clean when we got there.

The property was nice. My problems were living room. TV did not work. Internet did not work. No extra toilet paper. One roll per bathroom Had to Go to store and buy some

Hi Raymond, we always appreciate hearing from our guests, but the homeowner would like to take a moment to clarify a few things raised in your review: - We regret that the internet service was down due to an unexpected outage with our provider, Kit Carson, during your stay. The issue has since been resolved. - As is standard in the vacation rental industry, the owner provides a starter amount of toiletries and other essentials, and once that amount is out, it's typical for the guest to purchase more supplies. - We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. They would have been able to let you know the location of additional toilet paperWe do everything within our power to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests

Ski View is a favorite place for our family to stay in Red River and we enjoyed #5. Everything was as described and shown in the photos. Host communication was good as well. This condo is right at the end of the main street so after you park your car on arrival you can walk to activities and dinner without driving again until departing.
