10 ACRE WATERFRONT GETAWAY!!


Come and escape to this unique four-season getaway. This property features 6 acres of rolling green lawns accented with large trees, an orchard, and 300' of the beautiful Pinawa Channel shoreline. The 2700+ sq ft cabin has a large sunroom with scenic views of the grounds and channel, 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full laundry with no water restrictions and enough room for 18 to eat, sleep, play and relax.

As you approach the property you start to understand how connected with nature it truly is. From the amazing shoreline to the orchard around the original farmhouse, this is truly a nature lovers paradise.

Upon entering the cabin, you are greeted by a massive mudroom. This is a great launch pad for all of those outdoor activities and adventures. After the mudroom you will find a large kitchen with beautiful, vaulted wood ceilings for that rustic, but not too rustic feeling. Off of the kitchen the main floor also boasts 2 bedrooms, full bathroom and laundry. The log walls / ceiling in the main rooms are accented by an amazing classic fireplace for a warm and cozy atmosphere. Once you exit the sitting room to the front veranda you really get to see this amazing property with great views of the grounds and waterfront. The basement is spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have waterfront view, a rec room, full bathroom, and entry / exit to the yard/patio and channel.

With 11 sleeping lots of privacy, property very well laid out. Up to 25 socializing at times very spacious. Kitchen and eating areas conducive to large number of people. Property was perfect for the purpose of our family reunion good time had by all!!!

The cabin is on a fantastic property which is spacious and peaceful. The close location to Lac du Bonnet without compromising the amount of space the amount of space on the property is definitely a huge plus. We had a group of 9 and never felt crowded inside or outside and there was plenty of room to accommodate us all at the same table at meal times. Having the golf cart to get around the property is definitely a nice touch as well especially if you need to get any supplies out to the boat. The host is extremely responsive and quickly addresses any questions. It was a very enjoyable experience and we’ll definitely look to book here in the future.

Our family of 10 loved the three days we spent at the cottage. A spacious yard for lawn games, lots of playing in the water, a decently equipped kitchen, many options for places to sleep, drinking water included, the hot tub, and the golf cart for trekking back and forth from the cottage to the water ….. all these made for a very enjoyable time.

Our group of thirteen had a great time at this property. Evan was a great host who responded immediately to every question. So much outdoor space (10 acres) including a hot tub, golf cart and a pedal boat. Being able to jump into the river off the dock was enjoyed by everyone. We even caught a couple of fish from the dock. The kitchen was well stocked and the furniture was quite comfortable. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. The beds were comfortable except for the room with the singles beds. We would definitely come back!

This property was wonderful for a 3 generation family stay. There are 5 bedrooms and available futons etc. for sleeping. We enjoyed the large lawn leading to the water where games could be played. There is also lots of room to sit on the dock. And the view from the main floor with all the windows was lovely. It was also efficient that there were blinds to pull down for sleeping. Preparing meals was easy. Evan was a very helpful host.

The beds were hard and the hot tub had things floating in it. Other than that it was a nice property. He also gave us a refund for the mold in the ice cube maker and the Keurig machine was broken.

A fabulous five day/night getaway with kids and grandkids! Everything was perfect. The cottage is beautiful, and very clean with lots of comfortable beds for a family of 17. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the toboggan hill! Evan is an excellent host who responds quickly to inquiries.
