I am Christèle Cervelle and I live in the big house with a yard at 58 rue des Prairies, Paris 20ème arrondissement.

The house is 5 minutes walk to the Père-Lachaise cemetery.
10 minutes walk to the tramway that circle Paris (T3). The tramway circle the city so super convenient.
15 minutes with the subway to Paris center (line 3)
10 minutes walk to the subway station Père-Lachaise (line 2)
15 to Nation where you have the RER A
There is a free parking to park a car or motorcycle.

City house in Paris métro Gambetta Paris 20 with a private yard. This is a 4 story house in a quiet street. Family house with 2 master bedrooms, one on the top floor and one at the yard level. You will enjoy the quietness in the middle of the city and the rapid public transportation everywhere. The private yard is a blessing in the summer with a shaded area for meals. Two teenager bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other one with a large bed.

The house is equiped with a large flat TV screen with cableTV, a PS5, a hi-fi system with Spotify a fully equiped american kitchen with a veranda overlooking the yard, an office with a printer and a convertible sofa bed. And of course free hi-speed wi-fi.

So to sum up:

Ground floor: American kitchen (microwave, oven, freezer, fridge, stovetop), cookware, dishes, utensils, kettle, toaster, espresso machine, coffee maker, dining room, living room and toilets
1st floor: 2 teenager bedrooms, an office and a bathroom with shower and toilets
2nd floor: a master bedroom with a bathroom with a shower, a bathtub and toilets and a dressing room
