Staying here was great! It was a last minute booking because there was an issue with the previous VRBO we booked, but we are so glad that we got to stay here instead.

The Property Management company was wonderful, helpful and attentive.The property and house it's self was beautiful and stocked with all the amenities one could need. The layout of the home is very conducive for a large family to enjoy plenty of room together and apart. I would absolutely book this property again when visiting MD.

Labor Day 2024

This is a terrific property with tons of room and beautifully appointed. We had a great stay. Beautiful sunsets to the west over the water.

This property was very, very elegant! All the appointments were top notch. When we ran out of propane for the fire pit, the management company quickly brought more. The parking garage was suitable for a commercial enterprise. The master suite was beyond compare. The view from the deck was fabulous, and we really enjoyed sitting on the dock watching the sun set. My only recommendation would be to have a little more flatware and cookware. If you eat out or order in all the time, it would be fine, but my family likes to cook, and we're slightly hampered. That would NOT deter me from renting again, however. It was a truly luxurious experience.

This is a beautifully done home with gorgeous views, great amenities and we enjoyed our visit immensely. Despite the fact that we were there for work as a flight crew, it felt relaxing and peaceful!

Better than the photos

The photos in the listing are great, but this house is even better in person. The views were incredible from various vantage points in the house. Everything was exceptionally clean. The only downside is when you go home, you may be sad and have the urge to spend a bunch of money to renovate every aspect of your house.

Took 4 days to get decent towels and sheets only after I contacted the owner and bought towels and sheets and pillows myself!House was nice but needs even simple things like glassware and paring knives etc for stocking the place. Not set up for personal rental. More for catering?

Great stay at Namaste!

We have rented multiple family houses for a week at a time in the past. This one exceeded them all in quality, cleanliness and enjoyability. The house and setting were ideal for the 7 of us who made the trip, with easy access to an area which offered plenty to do outside the house. Even with that said, the draw for us was the house which is large, comfortable, well-stocked and ready to enjoy from the first to the last moment there. Responsiveness of the host was really good, helping us navigate through just a couple of small issues in the first couple of days. When we returned home, we discussed this being the first rental at which we would have really enjoyed hanging around for a few more days. Thank you the ESVR for your attention to detail!

Beautiful Property

Just so well done. Every detail is stunning. Brand new we felt like we were the first to stay there. The finishes were extraordinary! Nothing builder grade. The owners put a lot into this home. The decor is lovely the view was just what we were hoping for. Lovely neighborhood to walk around. New meets old. Many older homes mixed in gives a very real vibe. Down the street is a kids playground they even have a sandy little beach on other side of neighborhood. We were there to property shop and boat slip shop etc. we had no idea how many fun restaurants there were within a few minutes. This house is a treasure. We left feeling so happy. It is true to its name. Well done owners!

The house itself is impressive, expansive, modern and clean with all necessary appliances and lovely sunsets. I took issue with the primary frying pans being in poor, unusable condition and the management company responded quickly dropping off a whole new set of aluminum cookware. However, the biggest issue was that the pool and hot tub had accumulations of dirt on the seats and at the floor just after the pool technician had been there to service it. It seemed like the tech only added chemicals to address the clarity of the water without doing the work of skimming and vacuuming the accumulated dirt at the floor. I reported this immediately to the mgt co but they were unable to get the pool technician out to address the issue during the entire week of our stay which was very disappointing. Two of the three gas tanks on site were empty so we had to volley the one gas tank between the gas grill and the firepit. After reporting this to the mgt co they dropped off an extra tank. Although the house was beautiful, it’s very expensive and the amenities kept falling short keeping me worrisome and unable to fully enjoy our vacation.
