Nestled in the peaceful Red Hill countryside, this cottage offers an intimate retreat surrounded by leafy gardens and picturesque rural views, while sharing the wider property with another rental home.

Kick back in the living area with a book by the fireplace or settle in for a movie, with leafy garden outlooks adding to the peaceful ambience. The contemporary kitchen makes meals at home easy, with quality appliances including a six-burner stove, oven and coffee machine, complemented by breakfast-bar seating for casual meals. Outside, adults can linger over alfresco meals on the shaded deck or settle into the wicker lounges with a drink in hand as ambient string lights and an outdoor heater create a cosy atmosphere after dusk. Meanwhile, kids can make the most of the shared backyard, with a basketball hoop and cubby house for outdoor fun.

When it’s time to unwind, the queen bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with plantation shutters, a ceiling fan and built-in wardrobes. The spacious bathroom features a carved stone basin and shower, while a laundry nook adds everyday convenience.

Perfectly positioned directly opposite Avani Wines, guests can enjoy a complimentary cellar-door tasting during their stay. For something special, curated in-house chef dining and gourmet meal delivery can also be arranged for an additional fee. Pre-booking is required. Driveway parking is provided. Please note that firewood packs are available upon request and will incur an additional charge.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire cottage to yourselves. Note that there is another rental home located on the property, also available to book for larger groups. You'll have complete privacy but may see other guests around the grounds from time to time. Please make yourselves at home!

The backyard with a basketball hoop and cubby house is shared between guests of the cottage and main house.

You’ll have an array of nearby wineries to choose from, with Polperro Wines as well as Port Phillip Estate and Kooyong Winery within a few minutes’ drive. Arthur's Seat Eagle, a state-of-the-art gondola that offers sweeping views across the Port Phillip Bay coastline towards Melbourne, is a 15-minute drive, as is beautiful Dromana Beach where you can swim, picnic and make use of BBQ facilities.
