The property is beautiful, very comfy, a little outdated but cozy. The only think is that the kitchen utensils were dirty. We couldn’t use the coffee machine for that same reason. The water filter of the fridge was on red so we couldn’t drink that water. Also, the washer machine had a bad smell. The views from the balcony are AMAZING and made us forget about everything else.

I’m sorry the kitchen utensils and coffee maker weren’t clean, the fridge filter showed it needed attention, and the washer had an unpleasant smell — that isn’t the standard we expect. I’ve reported these issues to housekeeping and maintenance so they can clean/replace items and address the washer odor. Everything was well stocked with what we needed to use. We had plenty of room for everyone and was close to the car show for us. The only slight downside was that in the pictures for the room with the twins beds made it look a lot bigger than it was in person. We did have someone with us that was taller than the twin size bed but thankfully there was a pullout sofa that was plenty of room.

The condo was clean, nicely furnished and had excellent views. A few more supplies in the kitchen would have been nice. Most units I’ve stayed in had coffee filters, salt, pepper, sugar and a left over assortment of sandwich baggies, foil, Saran Wrap, dishwasher detergent, spices for cooking etc. This unit only supplies one packet of dishwasher detergent and one roll of paper towels.

Great family location

Our family of five had a wonderful vacation. The condo was clean and well appointed. Perfect views from the two balconies. Management company was very communicative. We had no issues. Would be happy to stay at the Palms again.

Nice stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only gave 4 stars because the one balcony door is very difficult to open and the handle is falling off. Grab bar in one of the showers keeps falling out and could present safety hazard. However, we would definitely stay here again!

My favorite "perch" was the balcony off of the master bedroom with a sturdy poly material high top table with lifeguard chairs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. From majestic sunrises to a perfect set of interactions with the management staff, it was wonderful, easy and convenient. The location is breathtaking alone but the condo was well outfitted, clean and bright. I absolutely loved being here and will be back... and it will be at THIS spot!

Washing machine and dryer smells bad.The sliding door handle was broke. We left and came back and someone had been in our room and fixed it. Not a big deal but would have liked a heads up. Unprofessional in my opinion.
