The Guesthouse at Redfoot Vineyard is in an unmatched location on the Wine Route in Niagara. Located on a working vineyard in the Benchlands district; very near wineries, restaurants, wedding venues and the Bruce Trail. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and fully furnished for a Niagara getaway. Enjoy 1st class accommodation, relax in the comfort and contentment of this unique 3 unit home. Sit out on the gazebo, explore the large vineyard, enjoy the fire pit and bbq. Our house is an amazing spot from which to explore the area. Unit 3 is freshly renovated and spacious. 3 bedrooms with 2 ensuite bathrooms. Modern well equipped kitchen. Located in a 150 year old historic building with a century old fireplace(non working). Please note that the our historic Farm house is 3 separate stand alone units.

We booked this because of its location on the wineroute and the photo’s with the beautiful front porch. But our accomodation was an appartment on the side of the house with a mini porch. It was a bit of a surprise as we thought we rented a whole house. The livingroom was a bit gloomy and dark, but the bedrooms were light with perfect beds and 3 perfect bathrooms. Kitchen was well equiped. Owner was very helpful (we set the fire alarm of while cooking chicken).

Amazing rooms and amenities, with view of vineyards. We stayed for the weekend to celebrate a family wedding at Cave Spring. There was a convenient food stand across the street and groceries available in nearby Lincoln. The owner was very accommodating and offered his own home to help get ready for the wedding, when there was an unfortunate power outage impacting the local area. Everything worked out as the power came back on line within an hour. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time here! Highly recommended.Our host, Thomas, was very knowledgeable about the region, having worked in the wine industry for hundreds of years. Everything was clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and it’s nice that each of the 3 rooms has its own bathroom. There is a nice outdoor seating area with a Weber bbq that we put to good use, and a fire pit as well. The kitchen was well stocked with most things you’d need to cook. And you know what they say- location, location, location!! This spot can’t be beat! The property is located on a vineyard! There’s a ton of great wineries within a few minutes drive, and even a few within a 10 minute walk. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Redstone which was about 8 minutes by foot. Plus directly across the street is a wonderful fruit/vegetable stand.Will definitely stay again when in the area. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

We loved staying here. Our unit was in the back of the house so we were a bit further away from the main road and overall it was a very quiet and relaxing stay. The property is a short drive to several wonderful places including wineries, breweries, hiking, and beaches plus across the street was a great little fruit stand! The place was extremely clean and comfortable.

Spotless accommodations. Having three ensuites is very rare to find and much appreciated. Could sleep 4 persons easily (I was lucky enough to have the King size bed!)

Wine country

Close to wine and brewery close to freeway. Really should be called 3 corners. Hotest time in 16 years in this area. But thankfully the AC saved these west coasters visiting Ontario.

Not as advertised

Unfortunately unit 3 is not a newly renovated vineyard farm house. It is a plastic, poorly constructed addition to what might have been a farm house. Unit 3 was covered in spiders and dust when we arrived, and we could see why, the flies loved the place too! If your wondering how the spiders and flies get in, through the massive gaps around the windows and doors that aren’t finished and don’t meet up! The photos you see are from the front of the old property, looks nice enough, with the BBQ and outdoor seating. BUT, this is outside another units windows. You are basically on someone else’s balcony if you wanted to use the BBQ! They are trying to improve the property, but for us, it was not as advertised, it was cold, draughty and dirty. Cash grabbing!! Unfortunately..

Our place is not perfect but this review is simply not accurate. The review from these people is total complete fiction. The guests arrived at 10 pm and began complaining. I offered to visit immediately, I received no response to my offer. The following day our team of 3 tried to address their concerns or offered to do so. I offered to vacuum the unit they declined my offer. To be clear and to dispel the inaccuracies in their review, our unit is not "plastic", it is indeed a complete new renovation of an existing century farm house. The level of finish and furnishing is new and of good quality. There are no gaps or unfinished areas around doors or windows. All doors and windows meet and close as they should. When the guests left we looked for spider webs or flies, we could not find any. The BBQ is on a shared porch which all guests have access to, we have since added a second BBQ in the gazebo. As to the house being "cold and drafty" it was between 22 and 28 degrees Celcius during their stay, I don't see how it could be cold. Perhaps they did not know how to work the air conditioner ? We have brand new modern full capacity air conditioners and heaters in every room. I do understand that at times guests are disappointed but they should not create falsehoods to justify their views.
