This house was incredible - even better in person. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the hosts were fantastic with communication and very accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and the house was so well stocked!

The perfect house for a large group or a couple of families. We stayed for a winter break. It's big, warm and lots of fun. Everything you could hope for!And the hosts made it easy and stress free.We all want to go back.

A girls getaway filled with laying about in our tracksuits and chatting. Perfect!! We had a lounge room each when we wanted it, a bedroom each, and plenty of space to lay around and chat.

This is a great house for a large family stay. Blue Mountains Family Stay

This property was a fantastic place to stay for a family long weekend away. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and more. Would definitely book this property again. Hosts were easy to communicate with and provided all the information we needed.

Lovely spot

A beautiful home with everything you need available to you. Rob was very easy to communicate with and kind enough to let us check out late. The lake views are relaxing. Its a beautiful spot to stay for a weekend.

A Piece of Paradise

A beautifully situated property, extremely well appointed. We were very satisfied with everything; there is generous space, suitable for diverse groups, and we were able to gather and separate very easily.There is a very pleasant walk that can be accessed via the rear gate and takes you around the lake.

The house was wonderful. Pool, as expected, was really too cold to swim. Would have been great if it was heated.Spa was used a lot and we all got great use of it. House was warm and comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and the games room was used extensively by the family.House was clean and the host was easily contactable and assisted with all enquiries.The only small problem was the internet but apparently this is going to be rectified.I would totally recommend this house for a luxury stay.

Thankyou Leon for your stay and yes the Internet one of the Wi-Fi extenders in the house didn't seem to be working, being a large house the extenders are required and while there are plug internet location as well that of course does not suit the ease of Wi-Fi. Yes, the Pool sorry we do not intend to heat this ever besides the natural increase in temperature in Summer, being here in the MTs, the Spa is on all the time and as on the listing notes for the pool heating Thanks again and see you next year as booked in already.

Friends weekend away

Wonderful house for a group of friends to explore the Blue Mountains from. Spacious and well thought out floor plan. Close to the main blue mountain villages and walks. Well stocked kitchen of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. We appreciated the opportunity for an early check in and late check out.

40th Birthday family gathering

A beautifully presented home in a lush setting. We truly had the best time and it was so relaxing. The only improvement we could recommend would be that pool towels be supplied. We used the spa and it was a cold couple of days. We washed and dried the bath towels as we couldnt find any pool towels. Everything else was perfection and we will definitely look at staying again in future.

Celebrating Family

The Bellmohr is an exception house. It is larger than the photos suggest, especially the kitchen where people often congregate to prepare meals, and the dinning room adjacent. The kitchen is kitted out with more than any house we have stayed. No need to bring anything ’in case’. The presentation of every room is extremely well styled with excellent artwork and plants. Could not recommend more highly for special gathering of those you hold close. Would give it a 6 stars out of 5.

Exceptional

Without a doubt the most impressive home I’ve stayed in. We were not expecting such a wonderful, experience with lots to do and see. Perfect location. Even a rainy couldn’t dampen our spirits. You could feel the love and laughter from a happy family home in every room. The owner was so accommodating and answered and questions straight away. We had two very pregnant ladies a 1 very sick lady who was so excited to have time with family and school friends from years gone by. Beautifully appointed and comfort everywhere. Several are looking to book again.The host did not leave a ridiculous list of rules, acknowledging that we were all responsible adults. Thank you for a glorious weekend.

Super large house in a lovely quiet location overlooking the lake. The bathrooms are huge and the kitchen stocked with every pot, pan, serving dish, utensil that you could want. We were there in the middle of winter but the house was toasty warm with plenty of heating options. Host provided lots of information before check in and responded promptly to questions. We had a real 5 star experience.
