**SNOW CONDITIONS may arise during your winter season travel days or your vacation stay. Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. For your safety Please be prepared with snow chains for all two wheel drive vehicles, AWD and 4X4 are recommended during the months of November - May. POLICIES/RULES

-QUIET HOURS STARTING AT 9:30PM. LOUD ACTIVITY WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND IS CAUSE FOR EVICTION WITH NO REFUND

- Non-smoking residence (including outside)

- One small dog (30 lb or less) allowed with signed pet agreement and payment of pet fee.

- Must be 21 years old to reserve home

- No parties or number of people staying than what is paid for. These are causes for eviction with no refund

- Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, and the manager may require proof of age

- City and state taxes, in addition to cleaning fee and Standard Property Damage Protection Policy, will be added to all reservation fees

- Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone’s home

- Ask about extended stay rates

-Grilling is not allowed on the community property due to fire restrictions.
