What a glorious 12 days we just had at this incredible property! Everything from the comfortable beds and linens to the fully functioning kitchen to the gorgeous yard and quiet beach. Oh and the rooms were not only beautiful, but the furniture was so comfortable as well. It’s a very short hop to Gimli, but also close to the Arnes Farmers Market on the weekends. The property is very private and quiet and the photographs don’t come close to describing the ambiance. The communication was excellent and friendly. We can’t wait to come again!

This was my first time renting and lThank you for having such a nice Cottage to call Home for the week. Everything was neat clean tidy. We felt comfortable. Our grandkids and us thoroughly enjoyed the Gimli area and beaches.

The heat and cooling is hard to control, the bbq is filthy unable to use, the bath tub and shower are extremely slippery bath mats need to be provided for safety reason, the signage for the lot number not visible at all , otherwise it was wonderful.

I am sorry your stay was not comfortable. There is a BBQ scrubber in the pantry that was available to be used. We are working on getting better lot signage. We have never had a concern for the tub before but a bath mat is an excellent idea. We hope to see you again.

The cottage is situated on a park-like lot backing on to the lake. Beach access is possible but depends on wind strength/direction. The interior has a beautifully appointed kitchen and bathroom with several separate spacious areas for relaxing or gathering. The bedrooms are a little tight if you are planning to set up cots for children and I wouldn't recommend the bunk bed for an adult as the mattress is quite thin. We had checked with Susan regarding available toys/DVD's for kids beforehand so brought our own which worked out well. We were a little too late to start a bonfire and sadly neither fireplace was operational so we missed out on enjoying a cozy fire.

Your property saved our vacation!! The weather was less than optimum... it snowed, May long weekend. But we enjoyed sitting around the fireplace and cooking in the beautiful kitchen. Still took long walks on the beautiful beach, and enjoyed the peace and quiet. A few good meals in Gimli and a chilly trip to the Arnes Farmers Market, rounded out a great experience! I would definitively book it again. Many thanks to the host, you were great.

It was a very lovely stay. I loved the place, highly recommended. The host was super friendly. The cabin was very beautiful and comfortable. The lake was incredible and clean. If you want to spend a wonderful stay, you have to visit this cottage.
