Quick access to the beach, gas station, coffee shop, ice cream shops, pizza & restaurants, plus, the summer town events will surely make your stay extra exciting! ***The Yard Space***
- You’re very welcome to roast your marshmallows in the fire pit and make some s’mores!
- There’s ample area for kids to play. Badminton net, birdie & rackets are available in the summer to use during your stay
- A Hammock by the trees

***Sun Room***
- Comes with a 6 persons dining table
- The propane BBQ grill is just right outside the back deck/patio. This is set-up to ensure the hotdogs are still warm when served!

***Washroom, Washer & Dryer***
- Located adjacent to the sun room
- You’re free to use the washer & dryer if you need, during your stay
- Towels, washcloths & hand towels are provided for your stay, for indoor use only. Do not bring the towels to the beach, please bring your own beach towels.
- A reasonable amount of shampoo, conditioner, soap & toilet paper are provided. Anything in excess, please feel free purchase from the local general store (4 mins away)

- Twin Bunk Bed + nightstand (sorry, no charging station so feel free to use the outlets)

- I lied, no bedroom 4 but there’s an extra double mattress (folding) stored in the Bedroom 1 closet that can be used to sleep in the living room area. Please use the provided sheet to keep it clean.

***Living Area***
- Big couch & chairs for comfort (the full size couch can be used for sleeping if needed)
- Game night ready! Board games are available for the whole family

- for Sunday morning chill day, this unit has a Record Player with some good ‘ol vinyls & CD’s

Guest Access:
You have full access to the whole house during your stay. The door in between the main house and the garage, including the single car garage are locked and are both OFF LIMITS to guests.

Other Details to note:

*** Tap Water:
The water supply comes from the well. Tap water is tested and drinkable, a pitcher with filter is also provided for your use.

*** Fire Safety:
Please use only the designated fire pit.
Firewood & fire starters are not provided, you can purchase some in town or from DOMO gas station, located at the end of the street by the farmer’s market.

*** Absolutely No smoking/vaping indoors. A fine of $500 is in place to anyone who violates this policy ***

*** Capacity:
The cabin can accommodate up to 8 people max. Nightly rate is based on 6 people capacity, each additional occupant up to 8 (max) will be charged $35/person/night
