Canal Home avec quai privé, kayaks et vélos inclus

Si vous êtes à la recherche d'une escapade de détente dans un put-votre-pieds-up-on-the-table basse genre d'endroit, alors ce qu'il est! Famille construit et détenu depuis plus de 45 ans, ces murs ont vu beaucoup de "heureux" au fil des ans. Avec 4 chambres joliment aménagées et 3 salles de bains, il y a place pour votre famille à se répandre. La grande manger dans la cuisine, avec une table de ferme pour manger ou jouer à des jeux, et des pots et des casseroles nécessaires pour mettre ensemble les vacances favoris. Le quai sur le canal derrière la maison offre encore un autre endroit pour traîner et attrapant quelques rayons - au cas où vous ne vous sentez pas comme marcher sur de la belle, Sunset Beach plat que vous et le gang attend juste à la tête de la rue. Un appartement en bas va plaire à ceux qui recherchent un peu la séparation du groupe (ou ceux pas en faveur des escaliers!). De fers à cheval sous la maison pour se détendre sur la terrasse à l'arrière, beaucoup d'espace de sommeil et une cuisine conviviale ... cette maison a à offrir. Les mêmes personnes qui reviennent année après année attesteront: C'est une destination à la maison que vous ne voulez pas manquer.

La location comprend 2 kayaks et 2 vélos.

                Chambre 3 a un lit queen avec sa propre salle de bain privée.

En bas Entrée privée avec son propre petit salon, canapé, table et 4 chaises, cafetière. 2ème réfrigérateur et screend porche donnant sur le canal.

Lovely stay in Sunset Beach

We had a great time in Sunset Beach- a very spacious & comfortable house for our family of five, and great location with an easy walk to beach. We especially enjoyed using the crab-traps in the canal!

Great repeat stay

This was our second visit to Sunset Beach- we unfortunately were here during the tropical storm but still enjoyed our visit. The kitchen is great for cooking and we had lots of space for our family of five. We'd definitely stay again here in the future.

Overall really good

After a bit of a bumpy start, we really enjoyed our week here. The house is in a good location, has more than ample space for a family of four and has been recently updated for most of the property. The owner was responsive about sorting out the initial issues, which was helpful. We would stay here again.

A place to call home

We had a lovely, long holiday weekend with friends, and enjoyed this rental so very much. It's a short walk from the beach, and we took many long, long walks on the beach. We'd love to come back to take advantage of the kayaks and dock in warm weather! You can tell this property is well cared-for and the owner communicated all the details we needed to us. Thank you for allowing us to bring in the New Year in Sunset!

Nice location , nice house

The beach is just a short walk from this house. We also enjoyed the canal access with the dock for kyacking and crabbing. The little "apartment" on the first level is good for a young couple to have privacy when they want it. Sunset Beach is great for young childre because the slope is so gentle. When the tide is low, there is a large expanse of beach for playing games and building sand sculptures. We had a great time staying here. It would be nice if there were a bunk room for the kids, though, instead of all double beds.

Sunset Beach Memories

What a great property to revisit the beach island I frequented as a young girl. ABC House had everything needed to make us feel ‘at home.’ The kitchen was well equipped, beds comfy, bathrooms updated and the open concept family area were just as described in the listing. The attention given to the extras - kayaks. bikes, crab traps, and games - were a nice touch. The canal facing deck and dock were perfect for a ‘no-sand’ afternoon or a star-gazing night. We only wished our stay could have been longer so we could make more memories.

This was a great place, close walk to beach access, and the owners were exceptionally accommodating. They responded quickly to questions and concerns. The basement apartment was a definite plus as was being on the canal!

Great Place!

This house was everything we hoped it would be and more! Very clean. Cute decor. Kitchen was fully stocked. We really enjoyed using the bikes and kayaks. Loved the patio furniture and looking out over the canal at night. Short walk to the beach. Communication with property manager was great. I highly recommend this home.

Great Stay

Great location right on the canal. We dropped a crab trap right off the dock and pulled in several blue crabs. Family loved the location and the beach was a short walk.

Bill & Anne Cloaninger purchased the lot and built the house in 1971. Bill and Anne met at Central High School in Charlotte NC and have been married over 65 years. They both are retired from Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools. Over the years their children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends have enjoyed the house and beautiful Sunset Beach. In 2017 the family has decided to open the house for public rentals.
