This luxury villa is furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The spacious floor plan offers quiet and private bedrooms.

Whether you're seeking relaxation or enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary-style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in the family room.

We golfed during the day then came home to the hot tub and supper that we were able to cook in house. Small amount of groceries provided like salt and pepper and other herbs and spices. Coffee filters also. Laundry detergent is provided but not fabric softener. We loved every minute there including our round of golf across the street at Ledges! No regrets and we would stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This townhouse is the perfect size for a 3 couple stay. The unit is new, floor plan is great, finishes are nice. The heating system upstairs heats the bedrooms very differently. One room was hot and another room cold with the thermostat set at 70. There are no extra blankets in the townhouse so I suggest those be added. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided which is nice - I suggest adding lotion too. Comfort of the beds I would rank 6 out of 10.

Fabulous Getaway

We left the cold to spend a week in the sunshine, sit in a hot tub and just relax and enjoy some time away and we got everything we dreamed of and more. The hot tub was divine, the location - although a little remote and no amenities close by, which was fine with us, the quieter the better - was gorgeous and the townhome was so very beautiful. It was just so much more than we expected, so clean, like new, we were so impressed. There were only a couple of cons: first it’s very hard to find. Even written directions don’t quite get you there and gps doesn’t come close. And second, don’t try to get DoorDash to find you. We stood out by the road hoping to make it easier but they finally said “leave me alone” and left the area. lol ya that was a disaster. But other than that, which really wasn’t a big con for us as we like the quiet, and the proximity to Snow Canyon and Veyo and Enterprise were worth any inconvenience, we were beyond happy with our stay and can’t wait to come back. Thanks to the Host for providing such a divine place to stay.

Spent a great week here for spring break. The accommodations were nice and as advertised. The pool was awesome and we spent hours there. The private hot tub was our favorite spot for hanging out. The host representative was very responsive when we asked about extending our stay. And we like The Ledges because it feels more secluded than other spots in St. George. Would definitely recommend.
