Take a beach break and relax alongside the community pool or strolling to the community dock. This family friendly vacation home is just south of Bethany Beach and just north of Ocean city less than 1 mile to Fenwick Island, so no additional taxes. Amenities include central air conditioning, elevator, well stocked kitchen, washer dryer, microwave, dishwasher, 4 TVs with streaming service, Wifi, outside shower and gas grill. Enjoy warm summer evenings with family and friends sitting out on any of the three decks! Parking for 4 vehicles. This listing has an elevator which is what we were looking for, however what we didn't realize is that there is a staircase up and over the dune to get to the beach. While we were able to navigate over the dune, I thought it should be somewhere that the beach is not as accessible as the house is.
