- BBQ Grill: Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.

- We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 days of your stay.

- Once approval is given for a small dog on property, a $100 pet fee is collected

- Electric charges, including pool heat, are included in your nightly rate. The charge is $20 per night. No additional electric fees will be collected after booking.

Government issued photo ID of the booking guest is required prior to check in along with signed Sea Star rental agreement. The property rates include up to 4 guests. Each additional guest will incur a small charge. Please make sure to enter an accurate guest count at time of booking for accurate reservation cost.
