The house was perfect as a pet friendly home! Wonderful backyard to run around in and room for the kids to play! Beautifully presented home and was great to be able to walk to the beach

House was lovely. Clean, and had all the things we needed for a little beach getaway. Would stay again. For pets - outside area was well fenced for a small/medium dog, however the fence locking/closing mechanism probably wouldn’t hold a bigger dog unsupervised.

Lovely accommodation close to beach

We enjoyed a short getaway at this property in Tomakin, near a 24/7 dog beach. House is modern and well equipped with everything you need. Managing staff were very quick to respond to issues which was very impressive given it was Christmas

Hi The home is exceptionally well renovated with high end finishes. It was clean and very comfortable. There are a few niggly things that could be easily fixed, like the lawn that was not mowed and overgrown so the kids didn't play in the yard much, a few basics missing from the kitchen made meal prep a bit difficult.

Weekend Get Away

This was our first time in Tomakin and we loved the area, heaps to do with kids plus the brewhouse just down the road for a nice local beer after. The house was nice however it is in need of a deep clean, overall it was fine (Beds are clean and fresh, bathrooms nice and fresh etc) however the couch and rug in the living room are rather stained and grubby, and the rattan coffee table had some exposed nails which is something to be aware of with little kids, however there was everything we needed and great that its dog friendly too. we would definitely look at staying here again!

We had a lovely stay at Elegant Beachside Retreat. Our overall stay was very enjoyable. Comfortable setees and kitchen chairs, lovely comfy chair in main bedroom, strong shower facilities, kitchen had everything. The main bed was good, the other two beds you might want to think about replacing eventually. Samsung TV was great. Outdoor area very pleasant. Fans were functional. Air con/heating didnt seem to work but maybe that was our oversight. No information booklet inside property which can be useful. Some cobwebs on windows inside property.
