We had an amazing stay! Everything was very clean and comfortable! The beds were cozy and we had everything we needed. The house is beautiful, cool and so close to the beach. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Favor House was beautiful, clean, and wonderfully laid out. The couch and beds were comfortable, the kitchen was clean with nice, new appliances, and the outdoor deck and grass area were a great extra playspace for our little one. It's right next to both pools at Cinnamon Shore North and extremely close to the beach.

Great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Truly Loved this house! Close to beach and pool. Clean and new. Great layout. 2 points for improvement: The bunked is not safe- no rail up top and multiple screws are not in place. One slat was off and on the floor when we arrived. We put pillows under the fitted sheet to make it safer so the child up top wouldn’t be able to roll off. We wish there were Tupperware or Pyrex to store leftovers, we had to toss out leftover food bc no way to store it sealed. Otherwise amazing kitchen with everything else we needed. Great experience overall!!!!! Would stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not enough kitchen items: cooking pans, serving utensils, serving dishes, dish rags, etc. Stock the kitchen cooking pans and serving dishes so families can cook at the home. The kitchen was bare versus other homes I've stayed in. Not enough bath towels, wash clothes and hand towels. I did not want to do laundry for 4 nights.
