This basement walk-out suite is entirely yours and is located in the beautiful community of Panorama Hills NW, where it is close to many amenities, like Grocery Store, Gas, Restaurants, Vivo, Tim Horton, Bus Stop, Shopping and many more. Just a minute drive to Highway (Ring Rd, Stoney Trail (Hwy 201) and close to Calgary International Airport YYC, Stampede Park and downtown. Few minutes drive to Transit station with Park N Ride facility.
This self contained entire suite is very clean, spacious and legalized and has lots of natural light. A lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day whether it be work or play. You do not share the bedroom, living room, kitchen, washroom or laundry with anyone else except your own family/group. Guests upstairs have their own entrance and you have your own entrance and exit.

This walkout suite is very well situated with its own entrance from the left stairs down to backyard and patio. As you enter you are greeted with a spacious open concept living room with fireplace, smart TV with Apple TV+ Streaming and huge windows for natural light. Kitchen is equipped with plenty of cabinets, stainless steel refrigerator, sink, range/oven and OTC microwave. Kitchen has its own window and there is huge room being used as dining place with four comfortable high chairs and a table. Additionally there is a work space desk and chairs are provided to our guests.
Guests have their own entrance, patio and shared backyard which is fully fenced. This spacious and beautiful walkout suite is filled with natural light day long and can host up to 4 guests. Plenty of afternoon direct sunlight boasts this walkout suite and makes it even brighter. A wonderful and great place to stay in Panorama Hills in NW Calgary.
Guests are provided lots of amenities like Coffee maker, Ironing board, Iron, Refrigerator, Microwave, Range/oven, Highspeed and unlimited Wi-Fi, Smart TV, additional Linen/blanket and many more amenities.

* Absolutely No Partying, No Events allowed without prior permission from the host (We DO allow wedding ceremonies and family get togethers with some conditions, please ask your host first). * Zero Tolerance for unauthorized Parties or Events held on the premises. * Host reserve the right to ask picture ID/Driver License from all the guests booking weekend stay * Illegal party or event will be ended and eviction will follow forcefully by Police * There will be no Refunds of unused night(s) for any eviction * Tampering with the Cameras is a serious offence and will not be tolerated * Any house rules violations will also considered breach of rental agreement and will results in forceful eviction * Host reserve the right to ask your ID and/or Driver License
