No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.

This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.

Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.

Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.

Neighbour Respect & Property Boundaries: Guests must remain within the boundaries of 56 Oleander at all times. Accessing neighbouring yards, using their outdoor furniture, or walking through their gardens is strictly prohibited. Pets must be fully restrained and under control at all times.

Pet Policy:
All dogs to be pre-approved before staying at the property.
Strictly dogs only. No other pets permitted.
One small to medium sized dog. No Large breed dogs.
No hunting dogs.
Please check the garden and clear up after your dog before you leave.
Dogs are not to be left unattended at the property.
Dogs must be flea treated and flea free prior to arrival.
Please bring bedding and everything that your dog requires.
No dogs on the furniture.
No Puppies that have not yet been fully house trained and/or still chew.
A $500 pet bond will be frozen on your credit card at check in the event of damages or additional cleaning.

Tablelands Getaway

We loved the home. Very true to advertising and easy for people with house pets to keep clean. Next door neighbour's whirly bird needs fixing. Rattled and squeaked every couple of minutes. Thought it was birds at first, so not that annoying.
