Cet appartement au premier étage offre trois chambres, deux salles de bains, climatisation centrale, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche-linge, cuisine entièrement équipée, télévision par câble, Internet sans fil, couchage pour 8 personnes avec 1 lit queen, 1 lit double, 2 lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit queen . L'unité offre deux places de parking. Disposition Salle de bains: Dans le couloir est une salle de bain complète avec baignoire, douche, WC, lavabo et pile laveuse et sécheuse. Il y a aussi une demi-salle de bain avec WC et lavabo dans le couloir. Dans la chambre double est une douche. Ceci est un ensemble unique de façon à ce que nous voulions que vous sachiez où se situe chacun. Le propriétaire est également propriétaire Appartement 2 East qui est au deuxième étage si vous avez besoin d'espace supplémentaire pour une grande famille. Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The nearness to the beach and all the great places that Rehoboth has to offer makes this place wonderful. We had 7 adults stay here which felt cramped at times, but that didn't take away from the great vacation experience. The one shower was very small, but my under 25 year old kids could use it. The check-in process was smooth and seamless and the one problem we had with a broken fan was rectified that same day. I wouuld definitely return in the future.

Lovely stay close to beach.

They did have painter painting the outside for the first few days but overall it was a nice place where we felt at home and were able to enjoy our time at the beach with our dog.

Fantastic location!

The unit was clean, had ample parking, and was less than a minute walk to the boardwalk/beach. Walls were a bit thin with neighboring units playing very loud music into the early morning hours, but since that can happen anywhere this property was pretty perfect. Would recommend and consider renting again!

2022 Rehoboth vacation

The house was great everything as listed. Location awesome, within steps to the beach and boardwalk. We parked the cars and walked everywhere, to dinner, shopping everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Overall rating 5 star, we would absolutely recommend this listing.

Lovely two weeks during rehoboth offseason

We enjoyed a wonderful two weeks in this property. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The location can’t be beat — just steps from the boardwalk. Parking was easy (likely also due to it being off-season). Check-in and check-out were seamless and the realtor team was always available for questions ahead of our stay — particularly Liz! The layout of the bathrooms is a bit quirky — not a negative for us, but something for folks to be aware of, and the beds, while adequate, could use an update soon. Also, the front area’s glass sliding doors are super old and almost impossible to open. Just little things to flag, again we enjoyed our stay very much!

Polar Bear Plunge Getaway

The property itself was advantageous. The purpose of the trip was to head down for the Polar Bear Plunge for the weekend. One issue was that there were several fees not listed on Vrbo that involved things like linens, insurance, etc. Just felt like we were getting nickeled and dimed after we already paid the initial fee with Vrbo. We weren't locked in, but just misleading. Super easy to add that as a line in the Vrbo listing. There is no assigned parking during the winter. This makes things pretty difficult to navigate during a busy weekend in Rehobeth when it is jam packed for the plunge. There should be assigned parking on the street specifically for each rental. During the weekend we stayed, there was a huge party across the street at several rentals that completely jammed the street we were on. We had to park around the corner because even the side lot was full. It was cold, we had a 10 year old and a 68 year old with a recent hip replacement. Finally, the plunge isn't until 1 on Sunday, checkout is early. I wanted a late checkout, but needed it to last until 3 or 4 in the afternoon. That wasn't an option. So instead, we had to book an additional night (Sunday) in order to not be forced out at normal checkout time. I don't think the rental is that busy the second week of February during the winter, but who knows. Ideally, wanted to come down Thursday, leave by 3-4PM Sunday. Instead, came down Friday, left Sunday afternoon even though we booked that night. The property is nice, but the process the service aspect wasn't there 100% for me.

There is private parking and that was noted on your lease and the spaces are marked in the parking lot. I wish that you had contacted me so I could have confirmed this with you. As for the information that is represented on VRBO: The owner that we represent places their home on VRBO and we service the rentals. The "information" transmits directly from our website software and we can't add additional information just for VRBO users. VRBO guest fees are paid directly to VRBO and the linen, insurance, etc fees are standard to our lease. Again I apologize for any confusion. First floor was convenient for bringing in our supplies for the week and walking out the door to take the dog for a walk. The living room sofa has seen better days and could stand to be replaced. Overall, I would recommend it for a dog friendly rental.

Really enjoyed our stay!

This location was absolutely perfect for our first trip as a family! You couldn’t ask for an easier walk to the beach with a baby and so close to all of the shopping and restaurants. The place was bigger than expected and was all we needed for a family vacay! We had no issues with cleanliness. We took our own sheets and towels. We did have issues with the drain stopping the water in the bathtub which we probably wouldn’t have noticed without a baby. Overall, would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the wonderful beach town of Rehoboth!
