The main living area is warm and welcoming, with a comfortable leather sofa, two accent chairs, a large TV, coastal artwork, and a fireplace that adds charm to the space. Sliding glass doors open to a private deck overlooking mature trees , landscaped green space, and serene water views Spring Lake. It is the perfect spot for morning coffee, an evening drink, or a quiet moment after a day at the beach.

The dining area offers seating for six and sits beside large glass windows that fill the room with natural light. Just off the dining space, the kitchen is clean, bright, and well equipped for vacation living, with granite countertops, white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a convenient pass-through counter.

The home includes two attractive sleeping areas. The primary bedroom has a polished coastal feel, with a comfortable bed, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, wall-mounted TV, dresser storage, bedside lighting, and sliding glass doors that bring in natural light. Upstairs, the spacious loft-style bedroom offers another relaxing retreat with a comfortable bed, TV, dresser, sitting area/futon, ceiling fan, soft carpet, and charming skylight-style windows.

We had a great stay at Spring Lake. The place was clean and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed and the property was in a great location. Being pet friendly was wonderful and the community people were all very friendly. The pool area was conveniently located and clean. The hosts were kind and responded quickly to any issues.

This house was perfect for our family of 4 plus our small dog- clean, spacious, and exactly as pictured/ described. The hosts stocked basic items like dish soap/ sponge and even had a vacuum cleaner to deal with the sand. We had a great time and would love to stay here again!

We loved staying here! It was so clean! The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, wine opener, utensils, and anything you needed to cook up a great meal! The host was so responsive with messages also. We will definitely be looking to rebook this property in the future! It was also in a great location. A 5 minute drive to the rehoboth board walk!

Great condo in Rehoboth! Easy walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood and great pool to enjoy. The unit was super clean, well stocked and communication/check in was a breeze. A short drive to DE Turf in Frederica for any families looking for an alternative to hotels by the fields.We’ll be back! Thank you!!

For nearly 30 years, Jeff and I have shared a love of travel and adventure. Over the years, we have traveled together at least twice a year, exploring more than 40 U.S. states, nine European countries, Canada, much of Central America and Mexico, nearly all of the Caribbean islands, Australia, New Zealand, and more. We still have plenty on our bucket list, especially South America destinations like Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay, as well as Southeast Asia, including Vietnam and Thailand.

Wherever we travel, we love discovering local hangouts, exploring the natural beauty of an area through places like national parks, and, of course, trying the local cuisine. Some of our favorite experiences so far include driving along The Great Ocean Road in Australia, visiting the secluded beaches of New Zealand, seeing the glaciers and mountain peaks of Alaska, exploring the volcanoes of Hawaii, and spending time in the Andalusia region of Spain. Closer to home, we also love Coastal Maine and places like Acadia National Park. One of the things we look forward to most in retirement is having the freedom to travel even more — and perhaps even spend time living abroad for part of the year.

What we like best about our unit is that it offers lots of open green space while still being close to the beaches and the action of Rehoboth and Dewey. We love that guests can enjoy a peaceful, natural setting without feeling far from restaurants, shops, entertainment, and the beach — and in many cases, without needing a car.
