We love this house!! We have rented it twice and it is big (plenty of rooms with queen and king beds), well-stocked, has luxurious linens and towels. The 2nd and 3rd floor have amazing areas with really wonderful bunk rooms and great play areas. The new carpet is very plush. The home is very well-maintained. Our only feedback is that we would love it if they lowered the TV in then main living area, we all have cricks in our necks from watching movies and games. Overall though, we will definitely rent this house again!

The house was great for our large group. 4 couples that each had their own room. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The living, dining area and kitchen had plenty of seats for our meals. The kitchen was stocked with plates, utensils, etc. The counter ice maker helped a lot keep up with ice.

Up in the Trees

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful, well-maintained home. Everything was as described. The only suggestion I would make is to include a basket of swim towels. They could be monogrammed so they could be returned. The house was within walking distance to the Tower pool. The Tower pool furniture is in serious need of replacement. We couldn't find a single recliner that wasn't broken, but that isn't this homeowner's issue; however, it reflects on the experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our time in Carlton Landing! It was walkable, safe, and welcoming. Our rental, The Treehouse, was a beautiful home that had plenty of space for our family of 10 adults and 7 children. The covered patio was great! The kitchen had a wonderful layout and furnished with all that we needed. Only thing missing was a green space visible and usable from the home.

Family fun

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the space was great and we had fun.Wish the back gravel driveway was concrete with walking with a stroller.Wish the company responded quicker to questions. I emailed and called multiple times prior to the trip to get questions answered. We couldn’t find dish towels the first day.Second day we found dish towels that were dirty in the washing machine. And only 2. A house that size needs more than 2 kitchen dish towels. All bath towels were on beds and not in the bathrooms which was just an inconvenience when having to go to bunk beds to find towels.Patio and outdoor shower were nice.
