Host was incredibly helpful when there were issues with the booking. This is the second time we've stayed and it's a great value for the cost. It does look like the place has been through quite a bit since our first visit but still worth the money. It's walking distance to a lot of things and even being right above a restaurant, it was quiet.

The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. It did take a little while for the hot water to come through for the shower, but once it did, it was very hot. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice apartment, roomy and comfortable. Close to restaurants, shopping and the St Lawrence River. Only difficulty I had, and it was a big deal, was that there were times when the hot water turned freezing cold without warning.

If I could put zero I would. Bedroom had droplets of blood on the floor and a long fingernail behind bedroom door. Droplets of blood on the wall by the bed. Used soap in the shower. Dirty. Unsanitary. Please avoid.

Everything was just as advertised. The place was spatious, very clean and comfortable. Parking at the back and central location. One of the best rental places I have booked, I would be happy to recommend it to people looking for a great spot during a visit in Cornwall.

Great place for the Price!

The apartment was clean and simple. Conveniently located near several restaurants and stores down town. It is located right above Mexi's however, you could not hear the restaurant below (and it was delicious!). It was great for the price and we were pleased with the space.

First impression - the space was beautiful. Large, updated, tidy. Then once we settled in, we realized the floors were filthy, the shower didn’t work, there was no hot water at all which made washing bottle parts impossible, and the mattresses are awful so we barely slept.

The place was nice but I got no confirmation email with code to get in , code didn’t work at first froze outside till I got in .. no information on wifi past word.. and host was hard to reach for help. It’s clean and spacious and private but either you do or you don’t want to rent it .. I didn’t feel welcomed.

This was our least favourite Expedia/VRBO experience to date. Door code provided did not work and we then had difficulty communicating with the host. Eventually engaged VRBO customer support. Instead of checking in at 4:30 PM, we eventually checked in at around 8PM. The rental was not ready for us. Sheets did not appear to have been changed on the beds, used sheets and potato chips in the living room, coffee pot half full/not cleaned, no kitchen utensils. All of this communicated to the host with no return communication. Saying that, during one of our absences, a container of kitchen utensils appeared in the kitchen. Nice to get them, would have been nice to know someone was coming into the property. As a result of the above we spent our first evening laundering bed sheets before we could go to bed. And to make things more interesting, both the washer and dryer were already full of dirty towels and damp towels respectively. Communication was a big issue. There appeared to be two different chat options with the host, one via the Expedia app which we never got any response to, and one via the VRBO app which we got very limited responses to. There was an option to phone your host. That connected us directly to VRBO support. To summarize, not a great Expedia/VRBO stay. The unit itself, had it been clean and properly stocked (utensils) and had the host been easier to communicate with, would have been fine.

The rooms are spacious. The place is clean. It might just have been an specific issue with the sewerage at the time of our stay, but the smell in the kitchen area was really bad. Parking is not paid and easily accessible.It's right downtown so shops are available. Waterfront, Park Lamoureux and the big clock within 5 mins walk.Mr. YP was easy to communicate with.
