Bienvenue à Soul Tide, votre prochaine maison loin de chez vous. Cette maison de plage acceptant les animaux de compagnie est l'endroit idéal pour de belles vacances à la plage. Avec un total de quatre chambres, il y a de la place pour toute la famille et la plage est à seulement un pùté de maisons avec accÚs à la plage notarié!

La maison principale à l'étage dispose de deux chambres, toutes deux avec lits queen, téléviseurs et salles de bain privées. Il y a une cuisine complÚte, un grand salon spacieux et une terrasse avant orientée plein sud. Les deux autres chambres sont en bas et ont une entrée séparée. Il y a une salle de bain Jack & Jill reliant les deux chambres et les deux chambres ont des lits superposés / lits jumeaux et des téléviseurs. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit à l'étage pour deux personnes supplémentaires.

Ceci est une nouvelle location qui vient d'ĂȘtre entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©e alors venez profiter de la nouvelle peinture, du mobilier et bien plus encore! On se voit Ă  la plage!!

Toute rĂ©servation effectuĂ©e avant le 1er octobre pour la saison d'hiver (janvier et fĂ©vrier) nĂ©cessite un minimum de 60 jours (deux mois). Les rĂ©servations effectuĂ©es qui ne rĂ©pondent pas Ă  ces critĂšres sont susceptibles d'ĂȘtre annulĂ©es par la direction. AprĂšs le 1er octobre, les rĂ©servations peuvent ĂȘtre effectuĂ©es pour les mois d'hiver Ă  un minimum de trois ou sept nuits, selon les spĂ©cifications de l'unitĂ©.

Great location. Property managers were wonderful to work with. Fast and easy check in. Well-supplied kitchen. We had the top and bottom units and had plenty of room for our family. The bedrooms are a bit smaller than they appear in the photos but good sized.

Family 2021 Fall Break Vacation

While the bottom 2 bedrooms/laundry room were not accessible to the main second floor, (you have to go outside and up the stairs, ) we made it work for our family. The tv remotes were broken for some of the tv's and do need to be replaced. Otherwise, GREAT location and experience for our yearly family vacation. Loved the porch swing and picnic table!

Beach house

The property was clean and spacious enough. From the listing I knew we would be close to the beach and it was an easy walk but I didn’t realize there would be towering condos blocking the view. On the last night of our stay the kids wanted to chill in front of the tv but none of them worked. Not the end of the world but disappointing.

Gulf shores house

2 bedrooms are not accessible from inside the house outside basement access only, the inside bedroom shower had a leak that leaked into the downstairs outside access bedroom floor. Had to put a bucket down to keep from flooding the bedroom floor. Do not recommend for family’s with children under 16 years old.

The property needs modifications . There was rust on the outside table. The grill was rusty. We had issues with the washer and dryer. The dishwasher was leaking from under the sink and it could use another bathroom where everybody didn’t have to go in each other‘s room and use it. Didn’t have enough towels. There was construction going on beside us Thursday and Friday we were there was noisy and distracting and I got charged 24 for having a 2nd car. I put 10 pl on my reservation did you all think we was gonna come in one car I should’ve been allowed at least two cars that was so unfair not to mention when I inquired about it. I told them that I want to talk to my other guest about the payment and they charge me anyway before I authorize it.

As advertised

Found the property easily and it was exactly as advertised. Location was wonderful and walking distance to most things in gulf shores. Enjoyed the beach a lot, well kept and not too busy. Beautiful sand! Great local trails and area for running if you enjoy that. The house was semi updated with great appliances. Clean upon arrival and communication with property manager was great. Tv and cable were lacking with poor remotes and equipment problems. So if you like technology be aware. We only used at night to wind down. WiFi worked great. Bathrooms need some tlc and could be upgraded. It got the job done. Overall very happy with our stay. A few updates and this place could be awesome.

Excellent Home away from home.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms. They were spacious and comfortable. The past reviews and photos do not do this house justice. Yes the downstairs is seperated from the upstairs rooms, but they were clean, well maintained, and very cool. The airflow is nice down there. The bathroom and shower are perfect after a long day on the beach. As for the rest of the house - it was perfect for us. The kitchen was well appointed. There were plenty of towels. This is a nice comfortable home. Read your agreement. They tell you what you need to bring. We highly recommend Soul Tide to families with young adults or teenagers to stay downstairs. Plenty of room for young children or infants in the upstairs rooms. We will rent it again for our next vacation.

Great Location....Meh Home

This home is an amazing location, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and stores. The house itself left more to be desired. Be aware that the bottom floor is sperate from the stop and the only way to access either is by going outside and up/down stairs. But its not horrible. The house is older, so there are issues. The AC works but with little to no insulation it doesn't stay cool. The dishwasher was broken and we couldn't use it. The beds aren't that comfortable and pretty small. But with that being said we still had a great time and the property manager was extremely helpful in trying to resolve our issues very quick. I recommend this house if you don't mind having a split level home that is a bit older but in a great location.

Unresponsive to water and dryer issues with property



I contacted the property management several times regarding a water leak in the bedroom and the dryer not working. A day later they had somebody come look at the water issue which is evident there is a new leak and obvious that there was a previous leak. That same morning I contacted them regarding the dryer, not working the solution was the seller unhooking the venting on the dryer and haven’t get blow into a bedroom-said it wasn’t the dryer however, I called back again to tell them. It was definitely the dryer. No one will respond after I was told they would look into it and call me back

A little disappointed

The TV 's down stairs do not work at all. The one's upstairs are difficult to use. The remotes are all mixed up and most do not have the battery covers. We bought new batteries to see if it would help. The pans in the kitchen need replaced. There are no pot holders to handle hot pans with. The housekeeping needs to do better. There was an excessive amount of dust and debris on the baseboards and blinds. Not just normal dust. Dust that has been there for some time. The doors need washed off in every room. There is a wall downstairs behind a door that is busted. Normally I am not too picky but I feel these are items that need addressed. Especially the housekeeping. Also there are several nails that need nailed back in on the deck. That could cause injury to someone's feet. On a positive note. The location was great. Check in was very easy. My teenagers were fine sleeping downstairs and enjoyed the privacy. Their only issue was the TV's. The price was reasonable. Thank you, Vicki Plumm

Soul Tide

The renting process was fairly easy and quick. I had no issue checking in once I arrived in gulf shores. The beach house was a little on the small side but I expected that from the pictures. It was roomy enough for 8 adults and four kids. The location was great. We were only 2-5 minutes from the beach, restuarants, and shops in town. The top floor has two rooms with full baths and a queen size bed in both rooms. There is a love seat, rocking chair, and a long sofa in the living room. The living room does segway into the kitchen, where there is a large dining room table that seats six with room to get around it and through the living room. The top floor was the best feature of this rental house but the bottom floor left a lot to be desired. The two rooms on the bottom are separate from the top floor so to access them you have to go down stairs outside and through one of two doors on the bottom. There is only one vent in the bathroom down stairs and if you want your room to stay cool at night you have to use a fan or leave the bathroom door open enough to allow the cool air to circulate into your room. The tvs down stairs got poor reception. The remotes in one of the rooms was missing batteries. In my opinion a queen or full size bed would be perfect for both rooms instead of bunk beds. The shower does flood the floor but a barrier made out of towel solved that problem. All in all I enjoyed my stay at this beach house.

B. Swaff

Overall everything was ok. There was only enough towels for each person to have one, so we had to do laundry every day of vacation which was annoying. Had we stayed in a condo or motel, we would’ve had fresh ones delivered every day. Only one roll of toilet paper per bath room and no dish washing soap, or detergent for towels which forced us to go to Walmart. Just inconvenient for vacation. Would def rent a condo/motel next trip just for the convenience and enjoyment of the trip.
