Welcome to The Grassy Oasis 🌿

Tucked away in the backyard of our home, The Grassy Oasis is a brand-new, self-contained garden suite designed to give you the comfort and privacy of a tiny home all to yourself. Although located on our property, the suite is a completely separate dwelling from the main house.

Step inside and enjoy a cozy king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern private bathroom featuring a luxurious shower panel. Step outside and you’ll find lush green grass, mature trees, and a peaceful little oasis where you can relax and unwind.

Guests are also welcome to enjoy the front porch or the back patio, making it a lovely spot to have your morning coffee, relax after a day of exploring, or simply enjoy some fresh air.

And despite the peaceful, tucked-away setting, you’re centrally located in Downtown Brampton, close to parks, restaurants, groceries, public transit, GO Transit, and other everyday amenities.

Whether you’re visiting family, travelling for work, enjoying a romantic getaway, or looking for a comfortable home base while exploring the GTA, The Grassy Oasis offers a unique combination of privacy, convenience, and greenery.

🐾 Pet-Friendly

We welcome pets for a nominal fee of $150 per pet for stays of 28 days or less, payable by cash or e-transfer upon arrival. Please let us know about your pet before arrival.

Unauthorized pets and/or guests are not permitted and may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

🚭 No Smoking

The Grassy Oasis is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking inside the suite or premises will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund and a $500 cleaning/fine charge.

For the safety and security of our guests, family, and property, outdoor security cameras/recording devices are in use in the following locations:

Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance of the main house.
Camera facing the side entrance of the main house.
Camera near the garage, with a view of the driveway, and the entrance to The Rustic Barn, our separate basement suite.
Camera mounted on the large tree overlooking the entrance and exterior sides of The Grassy Oasis.

The grassy oasis was such a nice place to stay while I was visiting Toronto with my boyfriend :) It was clean and cozy, with all the needed amenities and more. The host was very friendly too! This was a 5 star stay without a doubt, I recommend staying here to anyone considering it!
