We were pleased with the communication and check in process. The reason for lower rating overall was the fact that it was a pull out sofa, which was not overly comfortable. The amenities offered, from the coffee bar to games and hot tub are well thought out.

Shawn, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that the bed is not a traditional pullout sofa bed. It consists of couches arranged together with a high-grade memory foam mattress placed on top to provide a comfortable sleeping surface. We have invested in a quality mattress, and many of our guests have specifically praised the comfort of the bed, with some describing it as the best they have experienced and expressing that they would happily return. The sleeping arrangement is also clearly outlined in our property listing, and we encourage all guests to review the listing details carefully before booking to ensure the accommodation meets their expectations. We remain committed to providing our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Very nice "bachelor" pad, nicely decorated, but all in one room like a hotel room. The hot tub outside the unit was inviting, though we did not use it. There were many near-new plug-in small appliances & coffee and cappucino machines, but not facilities for cooking a full meal easily. TV watching was not comfortable with the only sofa being the pull-out bed. In short, very nice for a short stay with frozen meals.

The bathroom was well stocked and comfortable to use. The kitchenette was also well stocked with utensils and bags, foil, napkins, paper towels, etc. The tap water tasted good and was drinkable. The seating was comfortable. The bed was just okay. The sheets and comforter were cozy, but there's a ridge in the middle of the two couches that had to be avoided. I didn’t wake up in pain though. The chandelier is dazzling, with a dimmer switch! Lots of lighting options. The projector was easy to use. The interior felt grand and open for its size, due to the ceiling and windows. Furniture was easy to move around for dancing. The exterior has ample lighting that creates a nice mood. Plenty of outdoor seating. I recommend bringing a beach towel to sit on. There’s trees in the backyard, causing detritus all over. The pool is heated and felt comfortable at different times of day. The hot tub was relaxing and comfortable. The cover is manageable for one strong, cautious person. Two people is recommended. There is some highway noise in an otherwise quiet neighborhood. Quick highway access is nice for going into Toronto. Overall, a fun and relaxing place to stay! I would love to visit again!

I was looking for a good bed and a nice bath-room not too far from my family home. It was not far away. The bath-room brand-new was OK but small the BED ? what bed ? my family dog gets a better couch that what I got. No curtains for privacy.

We Loved it!

Anna was very attentive to our needs. We received promp responses to our requests and questions. We appreciated her friendly, cheerful personality. Anna is a great hostess. The property is in a very convenient location on the Lakeshore and is accessible to downtown Toronto as well as Mississauga. It is a great fit for a couple , 2 friends or as we were, 2 family members. Much attention was given to the amenities in the unit. Very nicely making the guesthouse attractive and inviting. My sister and I highly reccomend staying at Annas rental, we've already decided to stay there again while visiting Toronto in the future. Thank you, Anna. Christine and Nancy

We loved this place. The backyard was especially fun for our daughter who loved the basketball court, hot tub, and pool. If I was in this area again, I would go back. It was great for what we needed. Hosts were nice and communicative.
