Hi John, thank you for sharing your thoughts on your stay. The homeowner would like to address your concerns:- The proximity of the highway is visible in the listing photos, and we are sorry if this wasn’t clear. There are 45mph signs and flags that warn drivers that there is a pedestrian crossing.- The lake is clean with a sandy bottom, though occasional south winds can bring in some weeds and algae. The piers are in fine shape and maintained regularly for safety.- The cabin is not in the midst of a rehab. It is totally finished with the exception of 3 doors that we may or may not paint; they look and work fine as is- We understand the bedrooms are small, as it’s a cozy cabin, but we could have moved items to accommodate a CPAP machine if requested.Once again, thank you for letting us know about your visit.
