The dining room table comfortably seats 6 and conveniently connects to the kitchen. The kitchen is well-stocked for all your meal preparation needs and has newer stainless steel appliances, cabinets, and gorgeous countertops. On the first floor, there is a powder room, laundry room, and a one-car parking garage.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main en-suite, which is located on the second floor, includes a small patio with views of the golf course, a king bed, a 50-inch Smart TV, a closet, a ceiling fan, and a spacious main bathroom with dual vanities and a soaking tub-shower combination. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a ceiling fan, and a 40-inch TV.
EXTERIOR
The south-facing patio includes a cozy dining table for four, a built-in BBQ, and two chaise lounges for sunbathing. The unit is only 200 feet away from the community pool and spa, making it a super short walk to enjoy a nice swim! Additionally, the community pool and spa offer stunning views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and the golf course.

My husband and I along with our two friends stayed at this beautiful condo in Palm Valley CC in Palm Desert.

Exactly as pictured. Everything was luxurious! Southwest meets classy. Anything you could imagine that you need was stocked, from the kitchen to the laundry. Both bedrooms are located upstairs. Shower pressure is great after a long day of hiking, golfing, etc. Instant hot water. Most lights are dimmable which added a romantic touch. Quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed breakfast outside each morning. The welcome gift was a very nice surprise and made us feel special. This was by far one of the best rental experiences we've ever had!

Xmas trip 2024
Property was as advertised, Clean, spacious and well equipped for cooking. Patio backing on to golf course catches sun all day and is a great place to relax and BBQ. We will be back. Thanks.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were very comfortable and safe. The property was very clean, spacious and in a great location. The condo was tastefully decorated and well appointed. The kitchen was very well stocked with upgraded appliances and everything that we would need, including for cooking big meals and lots of dishes, cutlery, utensils, pots, small appliances, etc. The patio facing the golf course was very nice at all times of the day. The entire rental process was straightforward with no problems.
