Location could honestly not be more perfect!! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out with their own unique character & AMAZING food! Bakersfield is a personal favorite of ours for their delicious margaritas and the tacos are to die for.. and right down the block! Also must try Jeni's Ice Cream down the block as well, you will not be disappointed!

This home offers 1 Private off street parking for 1 vehicle only, if parking for additional cars are needed, we can offer the same street permit parking for $15 per additional vehicle per night!

Other Things to Note:

✍🏻 A $300 security deposit hold is placed prior to arrival. This is not an actual charge and will be automatically released within 5–7 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or violations of the house rules

Guests may choose a non-refundable $59 Damage Waiver instead of the $300 security deposit hold. The Damage Waiver provides coverage for accidental damage that may occur during the stay, subject to its terms and conditions

Please note that the Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage, excessive cleaning, missing or stolen items, or house rule violations.

The home is a ground floor of a duplex located entirely on the first floor. The home is a part of a duplex, each completely separate & private, but bear in mind they do share a wall for possible neighbor noise.. we have white noise machines & fans to help for light sleepers!



The home is located literally a few steps from Short North Downtown Columbus



Please take note that the original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children as it is not child-friendly!
