-Renters must be over 25 years of age.
-Rental agreement required after booking.
-Stairs are Required (but worth it for the view!)
-NO SMOKING
-No Pets
-Amenities include free WIFI, You Tube TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.
-Garbage is to be taken to the dumpsters
-Indoor Pool Under Construction and opening soon

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to dumpster
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Please start one load of towels (if you have time). You just need to start the washing machine.
