Maison privée avec suite de 2 chambres et salle de bain privée à l'étage. Calme et paisible tout en étant proche de la plage et du centre-ville de Wilmington. Grands petits déjeuners spécialisés dans les crêpes aux myrtilles faites maison (sans gluten et aussi végétaliennes). Le propriétaire habite sur la propriété ..
Sunporch, terrasse extérieure, hamac et bain à remous disponibles. Près de 3 terrains de golf, d'excellents restaurants et du port de plaisance. Espace pour amarrer un petit bateau à mon quai privé. Télévision, magnétoscope, DVD et WiFi fournis.
Près du centre de sauvetage et de réadaptation pour tortues marines Karen Beasley. (accueil des volontaires avec le programme des tortues).
Les arrangements de couchage sont un lit queen dans la chambre, un canapé-lit queen dans le salon, une salle de bain complète à l’étage et une demi-salle de bain en bas. Réfrigérateur dans la chambre, accès au Sunporch, au pont, au hamac, au bain à remous, au quai et aux kayaks.
Buanderie gratuite. Grill et aire de pique-nique en bas.

Remarque: nous avons fermé les trois derniers mois pour des réparations après un ouragan, mais nous sommes ouverts et meilleurs que jamais!

Very quiet peaceful serene spot, great food, took walks, went to the beach and shopping, great variety of local restaurants, took one of my teenage boys, Immaculate accommodation, hostess was very nice, lives on site, engaging conversation, abundant information on hand about local area and activities and directions. This was a wonderful place to stay, convenient to Topsail and Surf City for a quick and stress-free visit. The BnB host is super, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Thoughtful touches with nothing missed make you feel at home. We forgot our beach chairs, no worries, out host had it covered! Great communications from start to finish, comfortable bed with nice linens. The home is lovely with a nice view of the sound, in a quiet location. We would definitely stay again! If you're looking to go to the turtle center, book your visit when you make the reservations, it's popular for a reason and they fill up in advance! Our thanks to a classy host with a wonderful personality.

Fabulous Bed and Breakfast!

My husband and I had so much fun at Phoebe's bed and breakfast. The location was beautiful, and Phoebe's breakfasts were top notch! We stayed on the water most of our trip. We are thankful to have found this hidden gem and hope to return soon!
