We had a family weekend with ages from 3 to 85 and everyone had a great time. There was so much for the big people/kids to do - pool, spa, fishing, kayaking and billiards. The little ones loved the play kitchen. Everything is supplied including nice linen , heaps of cutlery (including kids cutlery) and crockery, both indoor and outdoor glassware, laundry and kitchen detergent even fire wood for the fire pit. Our cheese boards looks great on the wooden boards supplied. We really enjoyed our weekend in this lovely house.

When we arrived the place was so clean, It smelt good too. We have never stayed at a holiday house before so it was a good first impression. We didn’t use the pool or spa but it did look inviting. The kitchen was amazing!! The laundry door was unlocked when we arrived.. the rooms were clean and tidy. The master room bed was comfortable. The TV was so tiny but very cute haha. It was really nice to entertain our friends. We were all outside near the bbq area. Didn’t use the pool table unfortunately. But overall, we didn’t want to leave. Was so nice to stay there. I would go back. Definitely recommend.

We stayed here for a family holiday in January – the photos are reflective of the well-appointed property it is. It was very clean with everything you would need to have a comfortable holiday; but it was the little touches that elevated it. Lots of children toys, a play kitchen, with table & chairs for the littlies and a whole drawer of kid friendly cups, plates & cutlery! We had so much fun fishing off the pontoon, enjoying the pool & spa and firepit. There were lots of different areas to ensure everyone had a space to do whatever their version of relaxing was! Close to shops as well. Holiday Hub (property managers) were very responsive to questions and easy to deal with.

Hi there,I just wanted to say the property is absolutely divine. The space is amazing and it really is such a wonderful place for a getaway for relaxation. It has everything you need, and we truly enjoyed our stay.I did want to share a bit of feedback, as I’m quite a particular person when it comes to cleanliness. I found some areas, especially the kitchen, to be a little grubby. This stood out particularly given the clear expectations around leaving how to leave the property on departure. I wasn’t sure if cleaning is the responsibility of the previous guests or if professional cleaners attend between stays, but I thought it was worth mentioning.There were things like marks or food splatters on the fridge doors, food around the bin area, and the dishwasher and kitchen cupboards/fronts were quite dirty. Inside the pantry and kitchen cupboards and drawers there were also crumbs, dust. There were also a few maintenance items to note, the upstairs bathroom light has a hole and wasn’t working, the microwave didn’t work, the fridge was quite loud, and there was no lighter available.As I mentioned, it’s a beautiful property and we would absolutely consider returning for our annual get-togethers with our family friends. I just wanted to bring these things to your attention so they can be addressed for future guests.Thank you again for having us.

We’re sorry to hear that some areas, particularly in the kitchen, did not meet your expectations. The property is professionally cleaned between each stay, and this is not the standard we aim to deliver. Had we been made aware during your stay, we would have arranged for our housekeeper to return promptly to address this for you. Similarly, if we had been notified about the maintenance items, we would have acted straight away—replacing the microwave, arranging for the fridge to be checked, and resolving the bathroom light. Following your feedback, we can confirm that the microwave has now been replaced, the fridge has been inspected and is no longer making noise, the bathroom light has been repaired, and our housekeeping team has been reminded to ensure a thorough clean of all kitchen areas moving forward. Please also note that, for safety reasons, we do not supply lighters at the property. Thank you again for your valuable feedback—we truly appreciate it and hope to welcome you back again in the future for an even better stay.
