Very few apartments benefit from the panoramic views this home affords. Overlooking the blue hues of the harbour and the city’s more famous attractions, you’ll be instantly captivated stepping through the front door of this art deco block. It's situated within a 10-minute walk from the high-end eateries, bars and restaurants at Woolloomooloo wharf, and about a five-minute drive from the famous Domain Sydney, Royal Botanical Gardens, and also from the Australian Navy barracks.

Filled with natural light, a crisp colour palette of neutral tones allows the harbour vistas to shine. You’ll see the skyline glisten from the living room, which is comfortably set to unwind with a book or spot of TV. It adjoins a dining room, where a spacious table encourages meals at home or can double as a dedicated workspace for setting up a laptop. You’ll find everything you need for your holiday catering in the kitchen, along with a delicious mix of cafes, restaurants and bars at your front door.

In the evening, sleep easy in the oversized bedroom with fans to keep you comfortable. It’s set with a premium queen bed and features large wardrobes for storing your belongings. Refresh in the well-presented bathroom, enjoying the combination bathtub and shower. While up on the rooftop, you’ll have access to coin-operated laundry facilities and alfresco dining areas with panoramic vistas.

~ Neighbourhood Works ~
Potts Point is an area with ongoing development. Redevelopment is planned for neighbouring buildings on the north-eastern side of our building, with timing not yet confirmed by the developer — demolition works may commence during your stay. Our apartment is on the south-western side, furthest from the site and buffered from the works. There may be some daytime noise during standard construction hours (Monday to Saturday), as is common across inner-city Sydney.
During your stay you will have the entire apartment to yourself, inc. the rooftop shared communal outdoor terrace. Please make yourself at home!

Wander the picturesque suburb of Potts Point to see gorgeous art deco and Victorian homes along with breathtaking harbour views. The suburb is conveniently positioned close to the CBD and eastern suburbs. It has become a dining hotspot with a mix of hole-in-the-wall eateries and fine dining from award-winning chefs. Book in advance for restaurants such as The Apollo, Monopole, Cho Cho San and Fratelli Paradiso. Llankley Place is lined with delicious restaurants and cocktail bars, while the Kings Cross Organic Food Market is a local hangout each Saturday and Sunday. Check out beautiful nearby parks such as Rushcutters Bay, Beare Park and Arthur McElhone Reserve. It’s roughly a 30-minute walk to the CBD or hop on the train from Kings Cross Station and be there within minutes.

~Long Stays~
Stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional $120 fee, charged separately, to cover the cost of a deep clean and maintain the property's cleanliness after an extended stay. In-stay cleans are available for $275 and include a full cleaning service with professionally laundered fresh linen.

~ Tiny Visitors ~
Sydney is a warm, urban city, and occasionally a bug or two may find its way inside, sometimes through a window or balcony door. This property has been professionally treated at the start of summer and a spray is provided as a backup. This can occur and is quite common in city homes, and does not reflect the cleanliness of the property.

Sustainable, refillable toiletries are provided and are intended to be reused, not discarded. These items help reduce single-use plastic waste. If any bottles are thrown away or removed, replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
