A few restrictions to make sure every guest can enjoy their trip! No pets allowed. No more than 3 cars allowed per HOA rules. Trailers are not permitted elsewhere on the property, and any trailers parked in the non-designated lot space may be towed.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home, private pool, boat slip, boat ramp, and amenity center which includes a basketball / pickle ball court, neighborhood pool, and volleyball court. Community Amenity Center is open seasonally from May 1st to Oct 31st. They will also have access to Boat Dockter for Trailer parking.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located on the Colorado arm of Lake LBJ in the Legends gated community, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment including Legend's Golf Course and local wineries!



Getting Around:

You will need a vehicle to get to and from this property and around to local attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Please note, there are exterior cameras at this property. There is an exterior camera on the back door near the pool area for safety purposes as well as the front door.



We are available by phone, text, email, or in person if the need arises.



This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of pets are found there will be an automatic fine of $500 applied to the card on file.



Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.



Before beginning the reservation process, please check your card’s daily spending limit to make sure the full reservation amount can be processed. This can help prevent declined payments or delays when completing your booking.



In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.



As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.



The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.



The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
