Cette charmante suite «Fisherman» d'une chambre a une entrée privée séparée à l'arriÚre de la maison. Entrez à partir d'un porche privé, clÎturé et couvert avec des siÚges pour deux. Il y a une salle de bain 3/4 avec douche, un lit double dans la chambre et un canapé-lit simple dans le salon. Il y a une Smart TV pour ceux qui souhaitent se détendre et regarder un spectacle. L'unité dispose également d'une kitchenette avec réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cafetiÚre, grille-pain et tous les plats nécessaires pour un séjour de vacances.

Il y a beaucoup de stationnement hors rue et d'intimité.

Certaines ou toutes les suites Acanthus peuvent ĂȘtre louĂ©es pour diffĂ©rentes tailles de groupe!

Les suites Acanthus sont l'une des premiÚres maisons historiques importantes de Friday Harbor. Construit en 1913, c'était un cadeau de mariage pour une fille riche de marchands. The communication and scheduling was easy and the unit is convenient and walkable to the main streets while still being quiet. Unfortunately there are several issues we reported to the property management company, including an overwhelming smell of mold/mildew in the bathroom that carried into the bedroom and a line of mold/mildew in the shower. There is a closed in closet next to the bed that appears to house the hot water heater which would run every time for 10mins after the water ran in any unit in the house. The small tv wall mount doesn’t move and was pointed towards the banquet so was very difficult to see from the couch. Overall the furniture placement is awkward as the space is an odd layout. Not a lot of outlets in the bedroom so recommend bringing an extra power strip for charging devices.

There was NO information/instructions on how to navigate the tv streaming. What platforms are available? What are the passwords? There is no lighting for the porch. Dangerous!! Dog friendly? Not so much. Way to many “don’t let your dog
.” We are VERY careful about not letting our dog be a nuisance or damage property. We felt threatened if our dog breathed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Three adults stayed here for the weekend while attending a wedding at Saltwater Farm. I slept on the pullout and found it quite sufficient and comfortable even though I'm pretty tall (5 8). We appreciated how centrally located the apartment was and how everything around the apartment was labeled. There was a nice grassy yard and a back deck with two chairs and a small table. Note that there are no hangers, so I recommend bringing your own if you have dresses or other things you want to hang up. There is no closet but the hooks in the bedroom with the hangers we brought from home were more than fine.Thanks for such a great spot! We loved our stay and Friday Harbor.

Overall a good stay in the Fisherman Suite. Some items to consider: Noise from the parking lot is real and garbage day is EARLY on Wednesdays. The shower is TINY. My husband is 6'4 and fit and he was barely able to move around. The pull out bed is terrible with no way to make it better. The kitchenette (mini fridge/microwave) is nice as is the eating area. I would recommend a larger TV and perhaps a TV in the bedroom as well. Excellent location with plenty of parking.

Peaceful Stay in Friday Harbor

I loved how easy it was to arrange and stay. This location is walking distance to restaurants, waterfront and shopping in Friday Harbor. The yard is beatifully kept and the home is clean. I loved having the small kitchen as well.

This space was fine. It is very close to town, so the location is great. It is a quirky set up, but overall the space was fine. The check in is a little confusing, but overall I enjoyed our stay.

Helpful with check in, (use the discount code for the whale watching tour!) let us check in early, nice spot, easy walk to everything, yet a quiet street. And right across the street from a great Rec center/ CrossFit gym!

Perfect spot!

Great little apartment just a short walk from town. Ample parking, quiet neighborhood and very comfortable accommodations for our needs. The pullout sleeper couch was a bit on the short side so probably not great if you’re over 5’5” but otherwise very comfortable.

Marvelous location

The quaint little apartment was just a few minutes walk to the center of the hustle and bustle of Friday Harbor. Absolutely adorable. Only suggestion I would have is more facilities to cook. There was only a microwave. A stove, oven, would make a massive improvement and make the place perfect.
