The surrounding area with a variety of different eateries and short walk to the beach was a plus. 7Eleven open 24 hrs was great and a close walk. Pool and hot tub was dirty and wasn’t cleaned during our stay. Was not able to get into it the whole time we stayed there. We just went to the beach instead. It was very inconvenient when kids wanted to swim and couldn’t because of how dirty the pool was. Upon arrival, the sheets on the beds were dirty and not changed from previous guests. There was a lot of hair left over on pillows and the sheets along with sand which the host had a cleaner come out to put new sheets and pillow cases on at 8:30pm. Very inconvenient as we were also tired from traveling and just wanted to come into a clean, comfortable and relaxing place. This is not what we got. Photos are close to what it looks like but the host doesn’t tell you about the cockroaches. Cockroaches were crawling out from the cabinets and walls in the evening and crawling all over the kitchen floor, dining table and chairs and also crawling in the living room floor. There were several cockroaches that made their way into the fridge part of the refrigerator and crawling into our food that we thought would be safe to put in a cold fridge. They crawled over the counter tops and were in the utensil drawer crawling on the utensils as well as the stove top. Cockroaches range from tiny to medium to large size crawling on the floors and no smoke detectors or fan/vent for cooking. Unsafe!

It was amazing when we got there we were upgraded to a two-bedroom without even knowing. We decided to stay another night they honored it with the same price for the one bedroom. The host and the people who run the place was amazing!! Very quiet we had the pool in the jacuzzi to ourself almost the whole time. Very quiet calm and a beautiful place to be. Only complaint we have is we got a late check out for 12:00 or 1:00 I can't remember we cleaned our room spotless made it nice around 9:30 in the morning the fire alarm started going off like crazy and we were not cooking everybody in the place was sleeping but me I was packing my daughter got woken my ex-husband got woken his mother got woken. I walked out back to breathe cuz I'm about to die and 2 hours down the lady opens her door and I'm like oh my gosh is it on fire and she says no my sister's cooking chemicals on the stove. So they were cooking who knows meth crack fentanyl I don't know how you cook any of that what you can and can't cook but my daughter had to sit in the car for 2 hours. I was sick after leaving there headache felt like I was high felt really weird and so did the rest of our family. I'm just very sad that the manager of the host hasn't reached out to the people who are there and checked on them and their family. We were there for my 8-year-old's birthday party she just turned eight while we were there. We spent thousands of dollars but we weren't checked on after there was chemicals cooking.

Upon checkin we were placed at an adjacent property, not the one shown in the booking photos. Entrance to the room was through the back of the property which was only accessible from a rear alleyway that was dark and felt unsafe and isolated at night. We also had to enter through the door to the laundry room area then enter our room. Once in the room, it was clean and cute. However, we slept with a chair in front of the door due to safety concerns. We checked out after the first night and requested a refund for the remaining days due to the concerns listed. We were told we would receive a refund but as of today (12 days later) we have not and the owners are no longer responding to us.

The property shown on Expedia pictures a bright, clean outdoor space with a swimming pool. The property I was, “assigned to,” upon arrival was not only a different address but was and older, less attractive building - with no pool! Little to no communication about it. Disappointing at best.

My room was in the back of the property accessible via a narrow path with paving stones at odd angles and completely dark when I checked in. Try dragging a suitcase over that when you don't know where you are going! About an hour later a Palmetto bug ran across the floor and up my leg. Unnerving! They do well putting lipstick on a pig but the signs are there. Not too bad for a budget stay.

This is my 3rd stay at this property, but it will likely be my last. The place is rather run down. I couldn't find check out instructions to save my life and messaged the property, but never heard back (new mgmt). We took out the trash and stripped the beds..hope that was enough. I've always loved the pool, but it wasn't working at full capacity. Most of the blinds in the place didn't work and the shower pressure was abysmal. The WD is great and free. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and the AC was nice and cool.

I couldn’t stay at the property more than 30 min. I booked for 3 nights. First was the odor, then no hot water and last the dirty bedding and bed bugs. I need to book a hotel the same day we check in not to ruin my family vacation. I’ll escalate this because I want a full refund.

I would never stay here again

Check in time is listed as 3 PM, we arrived at 3:05, and we were told by the Cleaning staff to come back in an hour the apartment was not ready! We rented the apartment for 4 nights. We contacted the Rental agency when we could not get in, We did not receive an answer. This was a big headache, our plane landed at 10 AM, and we did our shopping and Made our way to the complex by 3... We had dinner reservations at 5 PM with my 87-year-old mother. We were planning on showering and getting dressed between 3 and 430... We were not given access to the apartment till after 4:30! We had purchased ice cream and other Items that needed to be refrigerated. The ice cream melted... And we threw out some food that we did not think would be salvageable after sitting in the car for an hour and a half in hot weather. Never received any communication from them. I am posting pictures to show The uncleanliness of the apartment when we Were finally allowed to go in. Hair on the wall in the bathroom, Broken blinds and doors, Rugs that do not sit flat on the floor and are a tripping hazard, dirty vents on the ceiling, Mold in the showers, stained lamp Shades, The floor was not vacuumed but it was mopped with something sticky. Fridge was clean, but countertops in the kitchen had some kind of sticky food on them. Bring paper plates and plastic utensils if you stay here. Next time we stay at the Marriott.

The property was nice and clean. The pool area is beautiful. The issue is what kind of other tenants are staying. The tenants above us must’ve been up 24 hours a day wearing concrete shoes constantly stomping. When they were not stomping they consumed herbs ..like a lot. Day, night, by the pool. Constantly . I could’ve called the cops but I assumed they wouldn’t do anything because anywhere I went in riviera beach ppl consumed this herb like cigarettes. Seas the day is nice. The ppl around? Meh. Review is worded weird cuz they made me edit
