They had a laundry machinen though it only accepts 100 yen coins. The room was clean and they have luggage storage when you come earlier

The room was spacious and very well designed. There were two bathrooms which was such a bonus. The room was very clean and esthetically pleasing. The washer/dryer combo was very convenient and much appreciated. There was someone onsite during check in to help with the process. I would stay here again.

Everything about this property looks brand new, from the room, kitchen appliances, bowls, cups, utencils, everything! There's a Lawson's, Family Mart, 7-11, and even a supermarket nearby. Close to the train station. I highly recommend this place. Our favorite place to stay so far in our 2 week Japan trip.

Nice hotel

The check-in process was a bit off as no one was present at the front desk, it’s all automated and you speak to someone via FaceTime on a iPad. The room was very nice, a large bed, refrigerator and tv. However, I would’ve liked my room cleaned and my towels changed after 3 nights. Checkout process was seamless and was done through a QR code on your hotel door.

For the money, this midlevel hotel checks marks for decent spaciousness, being easy on the eyes with good design that feels inherited from the city, and for being located centrally in Shijo Omiya. It notches down only for its budget staff, who barely seem to be there, during business hours, and aren't being hired for their personalities

Not sure why I got charged for taxes when I arrived, but I thought I had paid all upfront. Did not have the same charge in our previous hotel. The check-in process could have been easier. Had an issue that the system did not accept my phone number from overseas, so we had to do manual check-in. Front staff did not speak English, so if you do not speak Japanese, it could be an extra barrier. Room was smeling cigarrete smoke. The shower clogged in the last day. Besides the above, we enjoyed our stay with 7 people in 1 room, and 1 and 1/2 bath available. Location is close to a train station and with several restaurants and convenience stores around.

Exceptionally modern; clean and comfortable. We loved our stay and everything else paled in comparison. It really did feel like a 'home away from home' and loved it so much, we ended up booking two rooms! Great location (you can walk to the Gion district in 35-40 minutes through the shopping district - literally 1 straight road from the hotel - if you're relatively fit or you can take the train from Shijo Omiya to Kyoto-Kawaramachi and be in fine hub of everything within 10 minutes. I wish we could stay longer! The keyless checkin and checkout make it super efficient too! Highly recommended, particularly the 'family room'.

This might be one of my favourite places I have stayed in so far! Easy virtual check-in (although would eventually like to see early check in/ late check out options...). You can lock up bags prior to check-in which we used! The room itself is very nice! Only stayed here for a night, so we only brought backpacks but would definitely be very tight with luggages. Loved the amenities: drip coffee & tea in the reception area, elevators, toiletries, umbrellas and a tea kettle & fridge in the room. The place is very close to buses (steps away) & a train station (~5-8 min. walk), convenient stores, shops & restaurants. Would love to come back someday'

The location is excellent. It is just across from Exit 4 of the station, with a hotel right opposite. The design is modern, smart, and very well thought out. We really liked everything about it except the room size. We only brought two small suitcases, but even those were hard to fit inside the room. It was quite difficult to move around or open the luggage fully. Apart from that, everything else was great and very well designed.

The accommodation itself was great - a bit expensive. However, there were rarely staff on site to get information directly. And the big problem - I did not have internet access the entire 6 nights I stayed there. I had submitted 2 online requests about this and spoke with one person and was assured that staff who could speak English and fix internet issues would contact me. They didn't - this was very difficult because I was still working online.

Todo bastante bien ya que las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas. Quizá olía algo a tabaco pero cuando pasaban 5 minutos te acostumbrabas. No te cambian las toallas y alguna vez cuando bajaba a pedirlas no había nadie en recepción. Eso fue lo único que no me gustó tanto En general muy bien, alguna mejora haría pero es un buen precio para el hotel que es con sus cosas buenas y malas.
