Amazing front office and house keeping teams! We would stay again. Love the location, ensuite laundry and complimentary parking. Be able to have a kitchen is a bonus.

The 3 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and had amenities that made it feel like home. This is the perfect spot for families with young kids, or in my case, teens. Lots of food options, shopping, Orchard MRT station and bus stops within a 10 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Well equipped kitchen—hob, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, full size fridge (!), filtered water, coffee maker (resupplied), washer/dryer with laundry detergent, nice size counter in the bathroom. Apartment is very well lit. Do bring uk style plug adapters.

The staff were exceedingly kind and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me. The location is fantastic and in the heart of the city. They don't have a restaurant but do offer breakfast. The rooms are plush and comfortable and well equipped for an apartment-hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Our family of four recently stayed here for 6 nights and had a wonderful time. The staff were helpful and communicative, the rooms were large and clean. The kids loved the pool and we were close to the metro and local shops (we would recommend the LG of the Isetan on Orchard and Scotts for groceries). We would happily recommend it to other families travelling to Singapore.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Working air conditioning (did read reviews that some people had issues), staff was excellent and helpful. Clean room and the tinted window kept the room cool all the time. Loved the central location of the property. Faultless stay.

Long Stay in Singapore

We had a 21 night stay in the Novotel Living. Its in a great place centrally located in Singapore with easy access to transportation. Shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The initial welcome was great and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was exactly what we needed and is well serviced. Plenty of space to cook, eat and relax. Pool is wonderful and most days we had it to ourselves.

Other guests at the hotel on the 22nd floor were very noisy, but the staff took care of it rather quickly after I reported the issue. JAG was especially helpful for the entire stay.

We went for the cheapest option and it was very spacious. We had non stick pans, stainless steel pots and pans, plates, bowls, electric rice-cooker, coffee machine, kettle. Trust me, the washing machine was so handy especially for Singapore's weather so we didn't have to bring much at all because we could wash clothes everyday. It's very clean and the air-conditioner is very good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel isn't far at all from the Thai embassy where there is a hop on and hop off bus. It's on a quiet road but very close to Orchard mrt station and it's only about a 3 minute walk to the Shaw Centre where you'll find lots of cheap food options starting from £3 to £10 for a bowl of noodles.

(I booked on behalf of the guests, but did not stay myself) The guests loved the hotel — great location, clean and spacious rooms, nice facilities. The stay was not cheap but represented really good value. And most of all, excellent service. The guests had checked in at around 3am. The front desk closes at 11pm but provided instructions. They encountered some issue (seems like some communication issue) but were able to successfully check-in. The service recovery was fantastic. The manager Sunil called upon receiving feedback, and explained his findings from watching the CCTV. He then offered free breakfast for the rest of the stay to ensure they had a great stay; this was not requested for and not necessary (it didn’t seem like anyone was at fault), but was greatly appreciated by the guests and myself. So kudos to Sunil for doing an excellent job. The guests were also very complimentary about the front desk and other staff at the hotel. All in all, they greatly enjoyed their stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Good Location but poor condition

Pros: good location Cons: poor condition. The room didn't even look like the photos. Bathroom hook was loose. Shower door loose and leaking water cause it couldn't close properly. After the shower ... used the hair dryer.. it sounded loose inside and started smelling smoking and had to go down and speak to staff about all the issue the staff didn't offer a room change even though i requested.
