Stay in this charming and lovely Rose Street apartment and discover Edinburgh from the very heart of New Town. Walk to all main attractions within 10-15 minutes!

The best local restaurants and pubs are within 5-10 minutes away from my apartment as well as plenty of shops on Princes Street and George Street.

Please note that there will be minor changes in the flat in terms of interior design but the layout of the property will remain the same.

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
