This charming, traditional villa will make you feel home the moment you enter.

The property is located on the calm countryside just a ten minute walk to the beautiful old town of Alcudia. Here you will find many restaurants, bars, two large supermarkets, banks and more.

The unspoilt beach of Barcares is also at only 5 minute walk, and the 7km long beach of Port Alcudia at a short drive away.

The villa has a private parking perfect for several cars and is surrounded by a large garden where you can relax at the private pool and on sun beds under the parasols. There is also an outdoor shower by the pool. The views from the courtyard are across open countryside to the Tramuntana mountain range and Alcudia old town.

There is a covered terrace furnished with a sofa, chairs and a dining table with views to the garden and pool. This is the perfect spot for cozy outdoor dinners.

The delightful air conditioned finca for six persons is spacious and offers everything you need for a perfect holiday.

Inside the house is tastefully furnished. There is an airy living room with a comfy sofa, two seats, a chimney, satellite TV and high speed wifi.

The spacious, modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything our guests will need to prepare locally sourced Mediterranean meals.

There are three spacious bedrooms, two of them furnished with a double bed and ample wardrobes. The other bedroom has two single beds.

There are two modern, bright bathrooms with bathtubs.

A terrace on the second floor offers stunning country views.

Splendid villa located in a quiet part of Alcúdia

Great villa with pool located on the outskirts of Alcúdia. Takes about 15min walk to the town centre. No pool heating required in August! The villa has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Kitchen is ok but could do with some more cutlery, plates and cooking utensils. The pool is a good size but quite deep on both ends (from 1.5m to 2m). The key benefit is its location with no immediate neighbours. A rental car is a must have.

Eine tolle Finca in der Nähe von Alcúdia Altstadt & trotz sehr ruhig

Ich kann die schlechte Bewertung nicht verstehen. Die Finca ist genau wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. In fussläufiger Nähe zur Altstadt gelegen, wo man sehr gut essen gehen kann. Das Haus liegt abseits genug, damit man seine Ruhe hat. Als Nachbarn hat man nur Ziegen und Hühner. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt und groß genug. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Vom Platz her ist es für 6 Erwachsene groß genug, dass man sich nicht ständig über die Füße läuft. Auf der Terrasse kann man schön sitzen und essen. Ein Outdoor Grillplatz ist vorhanden. Die Badezimmer sind gut, die Temperatur des Wassers ist nur manchmal nicht konstant, aber damit kann man gut leben. Insgesamt waren wir alle sehr zufrieden und würde die Finca erneut buchen.

Disappointing. Plumbing blooming annoying

There was a host of issues. I have tried to resolve with Toni at villas 4 rent mallorca during and after our stay. Sending a diary of inconveniences. Their offer of 50% off next holiday through them is way short of where we should be in terms of recompense. We booked the villa 3 months before our stay. The week of our stay, the agent made contact. They had double booked our first night. Poor service. This resulted in our staying in an alternative villa for the first night. Transfers and hanging around meant our holiday effectively started a day late. On arrival at our booked villa we discovered several issues. The worst of which was the stench and poorly working water system. There followed daily complaints on a host of faults. Emails and calls commenced but were only dealt with when I called into the office in person. Issues were constantly being redirected to the owner. Not sure what the owner was paying the agent for. The stench was due to a broken bath, so not able to use that for any of our stay. The water supply became the main issue. The pump kept breaking down. This affected virtually the whole of our stay and was significant for 3 days with no running water at all. Plumbers/engineers were called out. Pumps replaced. However, there was something significantly wrong as we'd only get a couple of hours of running water. I did ask the agent for a plan B should they fail to rectify the fault. They only had plan A, keep trying to fix it. Ideally, we should have been moved again to somewhere more reliable. We also had a flood. Day 2 automatic sprinklers were left on all night and morning. I could tell from the vegetation that this had been happening for some time. As it was a Sunday, I could not get in touch with agent, but was fortuitous in finding the stop valve. This whole stay left my family and I very stressed and downhearted. The need to chase a significant maintenance issue every day. The obvious long standing issues that the agent was adamant had never been reported before, despite their staff having to go on site and being acutely aware of the reek at least. Tried to resolve with agent, hence delay in writing my review. The outcome has been very disappointing. As the villa was not habitable for the week of our stay, we should be compensated in full or significantly close to that. Now, had there been only minor issues, I would have been enamoured with the villa. Very close to Alcudia old town, Peaceful, Spacious, Nice garden.
