Questo condominio di fine unità di 6 ° piano offre una vista superiore del Golfo e l'accesso al porto di Destin. La migliore posizione per vedere fantastici tramonti e spettacoli pirotecnici di notte. Il condominio 618 può ospitare fino a 6 persone con un re nella camera da letto principale, due gemelli nella camera degli ospiti e un nuovo divano letto nel soggiorno. La spiaggia di sabbia bianca di Destin si trova a pochi passi dalle dune con due sedie e un ombrellone incluso per il tuo divertimento - arrivare presto per la scelta migliore.

Tutte le unità sono non fumatori. Condo 618 è stato ristrutturato nel 2017, con nuove piastrelle di grandi dimensioni in tutte le aree di vita e bagno per gli ospiti. Cucina aggiornato con nuovi armadi moderni, controsoffitti in granito e elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Il soggiorno dispone di nuovi mobili, decorazioni e opere d'arte. Tutte le camere hanno nuovi ventilatori a soffitto. Il soggiorno vanta una Smart TV Samsung con lettore DVD e le camere includono TV a schermo piatto. Il bagno principale è stato ristrutturato all'inizio del 2018 con pavimenti in piastrelle e nuovo elegante specchio da trucco, ventilatori esterni ventilati e illuminazione a led. Entrambe le camere avevano un nuovo tappeto installato alla fine del 2018 e offrono persiane, nuovi letti e decorazioni.

Godetevi la privacy sul vostro balcone privato guardando i tramonti mozzafiato e le barche da pesca e le escursioni che si dirigono verso il porto durante il giorno.

This unit was located in the perfect place! The view was amazing and the sunsets were perfect. Kitchen was great! Living room and dining areas were comfortable. Balcony was great as well. Since it was my husband and I we only used the master bedroom and I used the master bathroom and my husband used the guest bathroom. The bedroom and bathrooms need upgrading of sheets, covers, and towels. The towels were very old and the bathroom was not cleaned very well. There was hair all over the walls of the shower and the shower door was filthy. The carpet in the bedroom was old worn and stained. The pillows had stains, please replace pillows and mattress topper. I bought my own sheets and blankets because I could not sleep in such conditions. The amenities and the short walk to the beach is what makes this place really worth it. Please have your cleaning people clean bathrooms and bedrooms better! Alan, the beach attendant was friendly and very nice! I heard this unit was the best one in the property so I’m not sure if I will stay there again.

Snowbird rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love our #618 rental. The view of the Ocean,Jetty boat and dolphin Action, and beautiful sunsets. Being at the end unit makes it very private. Beds sleep well, and Destin has any amenity that’s needed for a good Vacation.

Late summer vacay

Everything was excellent as it was the previous year. Only negative was there was only one working elevator that intermittently didn't work either. The place was fairly busy so people were pretty disgruntled about it. Other than that, perfect!

Winter retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Destin is the perfect place to go to hide from winter snow, and if you dont like hot weather either, temp are mid 50s -60s. The Islander Resort where we stay is super snowbird friendly, and our 6th floor unit is comfy, modern, and has glorious sunset views. The Islander provides the palm room for many get togethers, potlucks, yoga, mahjongg, dominos and card games. People are friendly and inclusive. We’ve returned for seven years and are planning to return next winter.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time. The facility was great and the apartment was perfect. We had everything we needed to stay in and cook and go by our day to day routines. Beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony was ideal. Loved playing pickle ball, shuffle board, soaking in the hot tub and swimming in the heated pools. The walk to the beach was summer quick and Allen (the beach attendant) was really great. Loved it here an would do again in a heart beat.

Great Stay

Reviewer Comments: The unit was very nice as always but I must say the sofa and loveseat are very old and uncomfortable which limits entertaining or relaxing inside. I have been visiting over 25 years and fist time I had an unwanted pest insect in the unit which was not something you want to deal with on vacation.Also one of the elevators is becoming extremely clunky for lack of a better descriptor.I fully intend to return and cant wait till next year!

Check in & out was great & staff was extremely helpful with an issue in the building's laundry room, but there was an issue of a loud repetitive knocking sound from either above or beside the unit that I reported & it took 2 days to get it resolved. Alan the beach chair & umbrella attendant was nice & helpful

Vacation 2022

We stayed at this property June 4 - June 9 2022. The condo was decorated nicely. There was plenty of room for me, my husband, my mother in law, and my two year old daughter. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. When we arrived, my daughter walked around the condo barefoot. Her feet were soo dirty within 30 minutes. It was as if the floor hadn’t been cleaned at all. When I bathed her I had to clean black hairs out of the bathtub and drain. With the cleaning fee included in the price of the booking, I don’t think you should have to clean upon arrival. The location is great. The view from the condo was great. We enjoyed the beach and pool area.
